use pomade, hair clay, or hair spray to keep it standing up. i dont like hair spray though because its so good that it makes your hair all crunchy and it feels really wierd

thats why you use some kinda clay and a light hair spray. Strong wind, its a wrap for any long hair. lol
i had the same issue, i’d just apply sea salt spray and expect my hair to look the same it did at the start but it’d get messed up due to the wind. the technique i have is i use a texture powder and i apply it all over my hair. after i’ve applied and spread the texture powder i then use apply a texture pomade to my hands, rub them together, and then do circular motions with the palm of my hand to the fringe part of my hair. as you do the motions i then get a towel and start to ruffle the fringe part and then that’s how i successfully get a textured fluffy fringe. you may need to touch it up a bit by moving parts of your hair to the direction you want it to go, but by using those products you’re ensuring that the wind doesn’t ruin your hair during the day. you might have to touch it up again throughout the day if you’re doing a lot of movement but overall with this technique i get my hair looking like this for the rest of the day. hope this helped feel free to ask any questions
I just put water on my hair and dry it with a towel. Then I blow dry it, wet it a tiny bit and rub on my hair. I don’t use and product I just use a blow dryer, water, and my hands. That’s how to get the hair on this UA-cam short

This guide is shortened, you need to experiment a bit with your hair and find your hair type.
try different stuff. theres tons of methods
cold air diffuser
warm air concentrator + round brush (method is to start with the brush at the top of your head and run it towards the fringe and then grip a section of hair with it, and dry it after pulling it up, at the end blast it with cold air (hair dryer should have a cool shot button) for more volume)
and products should be stuff thats fairly lightweight like the forte series styling cream, sea salt spray is obviously good. if you dont want to damage your hair use heat protectant.
But if you try basically everything then it just isn't suited for your hairtype
