This is impressive. She did her homework, bought all the right products, was meticulous in applying them and understands the process. Genuinely impressive.
Oh my goodness! You just made my day! 😃Thank you for such a positive, yet educational reaction and for appreciating my efforts. I was smiling and clapping the whole time as you were reacting to my video, I felt so understood. You're amazing! ❤
You did an amazing job, particularly after being butchered by the “hairdresser.” What stood out is that you really researched how to do it & the right products to use. You were meticulous in applying the right products. Your end result was beautiful but you put in a lot of work to achieve it. After seeing so many fails, you know you’re doing great when Hair Buddha gives you the 👍. Great job! 💕
WOW the results she got was amazing! It's a shame the first salon ruined her beautiful hair, however, the results she achieved at home by taking her time are remarkable and she looks fantastic.
It was so nice to see a well-done hair color for once. Without the usual mistakes, like coconut oil , too big secrions or quick blue 😅 I was so happy for the lady. The color suits her so well.😊
I noticed that she didn’t have that familiar slightly deranged, self-sabotaging look in her eyes that many people have in these fail videos. I am taking notes on the second toner she used. I’m loving the pearl mixed with violet 😱 This was a win video 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I understand her frustration with hairdressers. I have not yet found a hairdresser who will listen to me about my hair when it comes to chemical treatments. My hair processes faster than normal/adverage. Every time, my hair gets fried when I go to a hairdresser. Also, when they cut my hair, they never seem to be able to with my waves. I don't have curly hair, just a slight wave. It never fails when I go to get my hair cut. There will be areas where my waves will have places that sitck out. Granted, I only go get my hair cut by a hairdresser every 2 to 3 years (I trim my hair in-between). I grow my hair long, then get a pixy cut and donate my hair. I just hate paying for a cut to have to go home to fix what the hairdresser fails to do correctly. Hairdressers just need to listen to clients. Clients know their hair.
They are not known for their low IQ. for nothing and many are lazy. Not many have finished high school. 'Head Hunters' from Trade Schools go to the high schools and Continuation schools and try to convince them to become Hairstylists .
@Dani Burke that is easier said than done. I live in the middle of nowhere. I have tried what is semi close. I am not willing to travel more than I have to maybe find a hairdresser. I do a very good job myself. I have gone to cosmetology school. Granted, it has been years, many, many years.
Just a side note, not every hairstylist is good at every service ... I went to the same salon to have my 5n hair foiled with highlights and lowlights. For years I had the same stylist and she was consistently great!! When she moved away, I still went to the same salon and asked for a stylist who was a good colorist. I ended up with a cap instead of foils, the bleach was so this that it seeped under the cap and bleached the entire top of my scalp. She used a towel to try and sop up the excess bleach on my scalp... Of course I had blonde roots now. She applied a dark tint to try and correct her mistake. I never went back to that salon....
Watching Hair Buddha delicately navigate hair fails with class, style and a positive attitude is a joy. Seeing him reacting to a much less torturous video is ineffable!!
Hair Buddha is awesome! He strives to be kind, honest and helpful - definitely a challenge. He always manages to find something positive to say. His enthusiasm in this video was genuine and adorable. The lady in this video is gorgeous. Her hair was stunning. She was focused, did her research, she was patient and the end-result was amazing!!! I realize it wasn't her original goal but she outshines most, if not all pictures on boxed hair color and in books featuring hair styles. Very well done indeed!
Seeing Hair Buddha so excited and happy as she laid out her products and technique was so...refreshing? heartwarming? I'm not sure of the right word, I just know it left me in a great mood!
It has taken me 3 years to go from chin length hair to waist length. It is also virgin and very dark, so I would be devastated if that happened to me, but I'm so happy for this lady, she really went and saved herself, I love that. She looks absolutely gorgeous and confident. I'm considering buying wigs instead, having fried my hair twice in the past, at least for me it's not worth ruining my own hair, but I'm still glad I made those mistakes lol.
I think she's been watching your videos and using your advice. I never go to hairdressers anymore because they ALWAYS ruin my hair. I can ruin my hair for free - I haven't ruined it yet. It was great to see you so happy. You really care about people. I can tell
Same here! I have started properly cutting my hair this year. Is it great? No, but not bad enough to make me cry, free of snide remarks on my texture, _free_ , and most importantly: I'm getting better.
I stopped going to the salon about 10 years ago. I was 6 months clean, fresh out of rehab & homeless, it was a treat from my mom. I explained in detail & showed pictures and the stylist literally just did what she wanted. She kept trying to sway me but i continually explained i wanted exactly what i showed her. I was so upset my healthy, beautiful, thick hair was fried. Through trial and error I've learned to bleach my own hair at home, growing in 50% grey naturally helps 😅
I don't know why, but I have a feeling this lady has seen a bunch of your clips Hair Buddha. She has followed a lot of your tips you give to the hair fails. I'd like to think so anyway. She did a GREAT job., it looks really good.
She did such a GREAT JOB!!!❤ It's a shame the hairdresser messed up her long hair prior, but atleast now she knows she can do her hair herself!! Good job to her husband on the undercut too!
Im so glad she ended up with nice hair in the end; what a scary journey. Also I love to see men assisting and taking it seriously. More of this please!
Oh, so that's how a happy Hair Buddha looks like ! Kudos to the lady, she did an amazing job and she's wearing that color like it's her natural tone, really beautiful.
Great outcome! So natural so beautiful and I liked her moto "do not take life so seriously". Amazing lady and did her hair coloring so wonderfully by herself! Whenever I go to a hairdresser here I am not happy. I have to wait to go to Greece to have my hair done the way I love!
She really did a very nice job on her hair and I think it looks awesome. Thank you hair Budda for the wonderful video that shows us it is possible that be successful at bleaching your hair without a total fail.
That color at the end is SO beautiful with her skin tone. It’s a shame that her natural roots will come in so dark because it’ll be SO much maintenance! But it’s beautiful and she did such a good job
Today I don't want to talk about your great professional skills but about your kindness and gentleness! It's so soothing to see those features. Thank You, I'd like to be like You❤
I watch your videos all the time! I grew very tired of keeping up my roots, my hair is dark brown and the gray was a constant battle. I decided to have blonde put in my hair to blend in the gray. Because of your videos...First I called everybody I knew who had their hair bleached to find out who to go to...didn't trust my regular beautician. When I got several recommendations for the same beautician, I called and made an appointment. She did fantastic. On the first try, I had NO orange or yellow. She blended my hair to look natural. Can't tell you how much I laugh at your videos but I learned alot!!!!
That was a really good save from someone who's never done their own hair before. I've just turned copper orange in the last few months, but I've done my own hair (bleaching/dying) for 20 years and have gone platinum blonde 3 times from permanent red/copper. Repair, repair, repair. Even if you have to wait a week between bleaching at the beginning, at least you will still have hair. I think this lady did a really good job and I'm sure she will be a pro in no time.
I’m so glad that a diy’er was able to make Hair Bhudda happy! 😃 The only time he was a little stressed was when he took a big sniff of the wella toner😂
She's done her research, well done!! It looks amazing. With a little patience and knowledge doing your hair at home can be a success. If Hair Buddha is happy we know it was done right!!
WOW! She did amazing and it looks so beautiful! What a great example of the difference it makes to do lots of research before you start! Plus, having the right products and tools, the proper methods, and lots of patience! I have a tip for getting the tiny elastics out of hair that sometimes we don't think of when we're stressed in the moment. Just use a pair of tiny scissors like cuticle scissors. Push one blade under the elastic, then pull up to snap it (be careful to not get your hair, that's why I suggest sliding one blade instead of cutting). The elastics are cheap, so it's much easier than struggling.
What a beautiful woman and I love her entire attitude towards the experience. She was patient and patience usually nets the best results. As someone whose hair is HUGELY important to me, I wouldn’t have been as creative and patient with it, but I’ve had the same stylist for almost 20 years and she’s IMPECCABLE, so I’m fortunate. This lady has the talents to BECOME a stylist herself! I think this was my favorite video thus far. WELL DONE!
What a brilliant job. She did her homework, studies the products and I actually think she had a great teacher called Hair Buddha although she didn’t mention it. What a shambles the hairdresser left her in and what a magnificent job she herself did😊
My hair was messed up badly by a hairdresser when I was almost 40. I didn't go back to a salon until I was 65. You guessed it...the hairdresser at that salon screwed up my hair, too! I cut and color my hair myself now, just like I did for the 20+ years between salon visits!
You should have been around when I was a little girl. My mother was a Cosmetologist back in the 80's and unlike my four older sisters I had Dark Brown hair instead of White Blonde. So my Mother would make me sit in a chair for what felt like hours as a child (1994 I was like 6 or 7 years old) and bleach my hair. One year she did it so often my hair started breaking and she got mad and shaved my head and gave me a bowl cut. Weirdly enough I started to develop Piebaldism and now almost all of my hair is white in my 30's. It literally won't hold Color no matter what I try to use on it.
I find it so amusing because I'm old school. In my day it was considered very sloppy looking to have any outgrowth at all. I went back to being very blond after years of being a redhead. I was freaking out after two weeks because I couldn't stand the outgrowth. It was very hard for me to get used to. I found a good compromise is to spray on a bit of powdered shampoo. I found it softens the darkness of the roots and I'm able to go a little longer without having them touched up. Sometimes it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks. I was glad I found a trick that worked for me. It's so funny how times change.
Well... As a stylist, I was very impressed with the outcome of her hair. She did a good job, very patient, took her time. AND she applied A LOT of bleach.. Yay!! 😃👌👏👏👏👍👍
My wonderful French hairdresser just retired after doing my hair for 10 years. I trust very few people with my hair especially since I’ve had my own horrible experience with bad hairdressers( I just don’t get it really) so I’ll be doing my hair from now on.These videos really help. I’m a level 7-9 blonde with natural all white regrowth.yes, it’s not easy. Looking forward to going to California one day to have you help me go all white which I’ve been since age 20.
The colour looks fabulous 👍! You made me laugh so much in this video! The fact that you were so,so proud of her for using 10% made me just as happy too 😊😄 Thanks for your knowledge, words of wisdom and entertainment ❤
I 🛑 stopped 🛑 going to a hairdresser after they DESTROYED MY HAIR!! I now do it myself...cutting (multi layered & feathered style) perming and eventually adding some streaks all to fabulous results! My results from my work was 100% better than what that hairdresser had done to me. I completely lost faith and figured if I was to pay when my hair gets ruined I might as well do it myself for free!! No regrets yet and it's been over 20 years of doing my hair myself at Chez Moi!!🙂
I was traumatised by a hairdresser in my teen years and I’ve only ever gone back 4 times after that. Once learned to cut my own hair (for when it’s straight). So many many mistakes I’ve done throughout the years until I learned the right way myself. It takes ages but I do enjoy doing it. Now I’m learning about bleaching. I sadly only got to blonde, my goal was white since my hair is naturally dark brown/black but I’m not giving up. After I’m done, I’ll cut the ends on my hair to get rid of the dead ends. Cannot wait!!
This is impressive. She did her homework, bought all the right products, was meticulous in applying them and understands the process. Genuinely impressive.
But I have never seen so much done to a head of hair!
I don't think I've ever seen Hair Buddha clap for for anyone. That's awesome. Her hair looks great! Hope everyone has a great day!
Thanks, you too!
Oh my goodness! You just made my day! 😃Thank you for such a positive, yet educational reaction and for appreciating my efforts. I was smiling and clapping the whole time as you were reacting to my video, I felt so understood. You're amazing! ❤

You did freaking aweseom!!!
WOW the results she got was amazing! It's a shame the first salon ruined her beautiful hair, however, the results she achieved at home by taking her time are remarkable and she looks fantastic.
Shes lucky she has that much hair... on thin hair this would be a much bigger disaster 😢😢
It was so nice to see a well-done hair color for once. Without the usual mistakes, like coconut oil , too big secrions or quick blue 😅
I was so happy for the lady. The color suits her so well.😊
indeed, I was happy too
it doesn't happen too often 😁. but it was nice to see nice result for once 😁
She needs to become a stylist
What's wrong with using coconut oil prior to bleaching?
@@Olive_O_Sudden It blocks the bleach from doing its job properly and evenly. Save it for after and you'll be happier with your results. ❤
I have never seen you so happy on this channel.
Not only is she SMART, she looks BEAUTIFUL in her new color, absolutely a perfect color. Good job indeed. 👏
I think I can safely say we're all proud of this woman! 👏👏

I feel you...same here with haircuts.
Find a good hair dresser that u can build a good relationship with
@Dani Burke that is easier said than done. I live in the middle of nowhere. I have tried what is semi close. I am not willing to travel more than I have to maybe find a hairdresser. I do a very good job myself. I have gone to cosmetology school. Granted, it has been years, many, many years.
I salute you for donating your hair. Total respect to you ❤️👍🏼🇬🇧
She did so well I'm so happy for her
This lady is a youtuber who does beautiful jewellery... I have followed her for years. She has loads of patience, and talent.
Who is she? I’d like to see her jewelry
More hair wins like this please! Fails are funny (sorry, but they are) but seeing successful home dying/bleaching is good entertainment too!
Just a side note, not every hairstylist is good at every service ... I went to the same salon to have my 5n hair foiled with highlights and lowlights. Your reaction when she got out the BlondeMe was fantastic!
we have finally found someone bleaching their hair at home and doing fine sections, right level developer , hair Buddah you have to be so happy
As a hairstylist, this was very satisfying to watch. Well done!
Watching Hair Buddha delicately navigate hair fails with class, style and a positive attitude is a joy. Seeing him reacting to a much less torturous video is ineffable!!

Let's be honest. She's probably watched every Hair Buddha video going to get it right!
@@Glamrockqueen TRUTH!!!!
Honestly, for the lovely long hair she had, she has a great attitude!! Hairdresser would have been chewed by me 😂
Seeing Hair Buddha so excited and happy as she laid out her products and technique was so...refreshing? heartwarming? I'm not sure of the right word, I just know it left me in a great mood!
I thought it was Christmas when she pulled out that blonde me stuff. I assume by his reaction it's a good product 😂
I'm so happy that she was able to do it all by herself 🎉. She's a beautiful woman to top it off and she looks wonderful.
It has taken me 3 years to go from chin length hair to waist length. It is also virgin and very dark, so I would be devastated if that happened to me, but I'm so happy for this lady, she really went and saved herself, I love that. Your hair grows really fast… I’ve been growing mine, it went from shoulder length to mid-back in two years. But I do get regular trims.
Oh my goodness; I'm sorry she had to take such a complicated route to get there, but her hair looks GORGEOUS.
H.B you will be remembered for your incredible contribution, you are a solid part of the reason people are having more success like this woman
I think she's been watching your videos and using your advice. I never go to hairdressers anymore because they ALWAYS ruin my hair. I can ruin my hair for free - I haven't ruined it yet. It was great to see you so happy. You really care about people. I can tell

Best result I've seen for an at home!
She did such a GREAT JOB!!!❤
It's a shame the hairdresser messed up her long hair prior, but atleast now she knows she can do her hair herself!! Good job to her husband on the undercut too!
It's refreshing to FINALLY see someone do this correctly 😂❤
Im so glad she ended up with nice hair in the end; what a scary journey.
Also I love to see men assisting and taking it seriously. More of this please!
For once I can say she should have done it herself to begin with! 👏🏻
What a smart lady! 👏👏👏 Thank you Hair Buddha for all your effort to help us have the best hair possible! ❤️
Oh, so that's how a happy Hair Buddha looks like ! Kudos to the lady, she did an amazing job and she's wearing that color like it's her natural tone, really beautiful.
I am so happy for her! It turned out so beautiful and the color is just perfect for her eyes and skintone!
I'm so happy for her that it turned out well. Nordic princess vibes!
It's so satisfying to see such praise from Hair Buddha when you expect a fail! Great job on risehelena's side.
What a stunning end result! Absolutely beautiful!!
My favorite pick you have reacted on, so far. She did a very good job and learned/taught about her journey.
Great outcome! So natural so beautiful and I liked her moto "do not take life so seriously". Amazing lady and did her hair coloring so wonderfully by herself! Whenever I go to a hairdresser here I am not happy. I have to wait to go to Greece to have my hair done the way I love!

As a past Cosmetologist this was mucho-impressive ❤!
I've never seen Hair Buddha so happy. How nice! 😊
You know you’re blessed when Hair Buddha says he’s proud of you 🥹 lol
Today I don't want to talk about your great professional skills but about your kindness and gentleness! It's so soothing to see those features. Thank You, I'd like to be like You❤
The only hair dyeing video ive ever watched were they dont mess up.
that colour is gorgeous on her ❤
Her hair came out fantastic!
Have a great day Hair Buddha!❤

Thanks, Hair Buddha! Your videos helped me a lot - I bleached my hair yesterday and it went great.
I’m so happy
That was a really good save from someone who's never done their own hair before.
I've just turned copper orange in the last few months, but I've done my own hair (bleaching/dying) for 20 years and have gone platinum blonde 3 times from permanent red/copper.
Repair, repair, repair. Even if you have to wait a week between bleaching at the beginning, at least you will still have hair.
I think this lady did a really good job and I'm sure she will be a pro in no time.
Hair Buddha's excitement over blonde me 😂😂 😂
I’m so glad that a diy’er was able to make Hair Bhudda happy! 😃 The only time he was a little stressed was when he took a big sniff of the wella toner😂
She has done better than 97% of the self colored hair videos I’ve seen. And it looks fabulous on her. 🤩
Even better you can put acetone or nail polish remover on a qtip and dab it on the band and it will dissolve the band but not your hair
She looks so good as a platinum blonde!!
WELL DONE!
Her hair looked so lovely naturally. The bleached greyish blond made her look 10 years older
Never seen him so happy🎉
What a brilliant job. She did her homework, studies the products and I actually think she had a great teacher called Hair Buddha although she didn’t mention it. What a shambles the hairdresser left her in and what a magnificent job she herself did😊
Absolutely enjoyed watching a hair success! As always you did an awesome job teaching us along the way!
She did so well
Echoing what others have said. Let's see more hair wins! Loved this.
1:46 LOL Buddha joy! Someone listened to him and recorded it!
She did an amazing job. Her hair looks amazing.
Great to see a review of someone who did well, took their time and did their research!!
This video has restored our souls! Love seeing a successful outcome.. occassionally!😂
It was so nice to see him happy and proud
for once!!😂😂 She did an amazing job!
Not knocking her efforts or skill following the salon disaster but the hair she had to start with was utterly gorgeous.
She did an amazing job with what she was given!
My hair was messed up badly by a hairdresser when I was almost 40. I didn't go back to a salon until I was 65. You guessed it...the hairdresser at that salon screwed up my hair, too! I cut and color my hair myself now, just like I did for the 20+ years between salon visits!
She did a glorious job! her hair looks great and great on her! it really gives her new life....
Yay - someone who did everything right. So rare and good to see.
This lady did an awesome job on colouring her hair made hair Buddha very happy suited her this colour love it ❤
She overcame and triumphed over a challenge that wasn't of her making. What a great story🙌🏽
That is absolutely the best home bleaching and toning that I’ve ever seen
Beautiful hair and so lovely to see hair Buddha happy whilst watching the video
You should have been around when I was a little girl. My mother was a Cosmetologist back in the 80's and unlike my four older sisters I had Dark Brown hair instead of White Blonde. First time I have seen a triumph! I loved this ! Thank you for showing us the other side!
I’m glad you’re happy that someone did a wonderful job!👏👏👏
I find it so amusing because I'm old school. In my day it was considered very sloppy looking to have any outgrowth at all. I went back to being very blond after years of being a redhead. I was freaking out after two weeks because I couldn't stand the outgrowth. It was very hard for me to get used to. I found a good compromise is to spray on a bit of powdered shampoo. I found it softens the darkness of the roots and I'm able to go a little longer without having them touched up. Sometimes it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks. I was glad I found a trick that worked for me. It's so funny how times change.
I'd never fake having roots, I think it looks terrible. I like my blond hair best when it shows no roots at all.
Wow, wow, wow she must have listened to you on your videos. She looks beautiful ❤
Love the video, and the lady, well done, she`s so pretty with her platinum blond. Love how Hair Buddha was happy for her)
Well... As a stylist, I was very impressed with the outcome of her hair. She did a good job, very patient, took her time. AND she applied A LOT of bleach.. Yay!! 😃👌👏👏👏👍👍
She rocked 👍👍👍👍👍
My wonderful French hairdresser just retired after doing my hair for 10 years. Think he’s in Belgium or somewhere
This was fabulous. Lov seeing a win for a change. Please, Buddha, more good jobs!
Loved this one!!! Such a lovely lady and HB giving hair wisdom is always so cool!!!
The colour looks fabulous 👍! You made me laugh so much in this video! The fact that you were so,so proud of her for using 10% made me just as happy too 😊😄 Thanks for your knowledge, words of wisdom and entertainment ❤
This one is NOT a fail at ALL 👍✅💯😀🥰 Yes she did her research or she's been watching you lol FINE SECTIONS!!!! 🤣👌👍✅😂 She did great!!!
The girl who got fried at hairdresser is a better hairdresser herself. Maybe that hairdresser is not licensed??👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
That "hairdresser" butchered her hair!😮 Glad it turned out pretty good! ♡
The hair is great. Well done, patient, and a happy Hair Buddha to boot.
Send her a crate of Redken hair masque.
Black To Blond!Wow!Thanks Once Again for Sharing Your Knowledge with us!✂🎀💖💟
I believe I watched this lady making some rings on her channel.she is a very smart cookie ❤
The end result was really nice! I’m glad her hard work payed off :)
