I'm calling bullshit on the S32 search; ''reasonable belief that the arrested person may present a danger to themselves or others.'' No reasonable grounds for this-based on what evidence? I suspect they even KNOW already he is neither violent nor suicidal.
Even the S5 arrest is highly contentious; a verbal exchange with a guy on a lawnmower who was making threats ? Calling someone a dickhead ?
It is a DEFENCE under 3c (S5) to offer :
'' that his conduct was reasonable.'' I think the response to Lawnmower Rat's aggression was more than reasonable.

It wouldn't make a difference . For a start Sect 32 is only to be used if there's risk to anyone, & there wasn't. And the only stress alarm or threat comments that were made, came AT me. Yet I was arrested.
@@EAAUDITS it is for the Pc to determine at the time of the arrest whether he believed you could pose a risk to him. When it’s a Public Order offence is standard for the Police to use this section 32. Your only legal claim would be to argue that the arrest itself was unlawful, however, given your language, it’s an uphill slog & the fact that you were laughing & joking shows you suffered no alarm or distress as a result of the arrest & search. That Alarm & Distress would have been your major argument and if you can not see or understand that, then you have a lot to learn

police really do need retraining in impartiality. you were being quite generous by saying the officer who dealt with you seemed a nice guy but i would be gravely concerned not so much about the arrest,to a point i can see how that ended up happening,but the fact they were not concerned about the gardeners threats of assault neither that female member of staff interupting your drone flight which could have resulted in a serious accident. it also annoys nme this false reporting culture within organisations who are aloud to make any claim they like with no consequences when it turns out not to be true if all you did was stand up for yourself. yet a nenber of the public doing the sanme thing are told its a crime. its insanity
