Thank you , main one week se apne panic attack aur fear ko control kar pa raha hu mam, mujhe actually dental surgery ke baad panic attack hua tha pain ki wajah se, aur maine usi time bohot negative chije dekh li thi, jaise death pe meme, jiski wajah se mujhe derealisation bhi hua tha, ab me control kar pa raha hu feelings ko thank you madam.
