It's been said that 'Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment'. If that's true, then it's something that all independent artists need to embrace more. We all have goals and dreams and without a label or team behind us a lot of the work is down to us. We must make sure we are constantly honing our craft to be the very best we can be. Setting routines, exercises and getting into good habits can help discipline to become a way of life. Just remember to make time to rest as well - so don't be too hard on yourself. Perhaps set little rewards for achieving certain goals.
