Some people pointed out that you can pick up villagers (carry on), but an even better option would be soul vials (ender io), made with 3 glass and 1 soularium ingot (gold ingot and soul sand in the alloy smelter, which you can get very easily). If you right click any living entity with it it will put it into the vial allowing you to place the captured entity in another place without having the downside of being slowed down and not being able to use items in the case of carry on
Love how smaller but high quality youtubers are getting the attention they deserve, your content is Great and im happy to have found it! (also when it comes to like roads and stuff if you can add anything with "Zel" attached to it)

bro please use the elevator for the attic so u can teleport up and down instead of climbing stairs and ladders and then opening a hatch to get to the storage room cmon man we already have to see that horrible invintory sorting you got lol cmon do that much atleaste love the vid

You can pick up villagers by holding ctrl or shift and right clicking on them so that might make it easier for you.
21:30 mix of the anaerobic effect which drowns you and no food so no sprint, maybe also another mod which effect drowning

if you have a villager in a boat, ride the boat with it and use a waystone. It teleports you, the boat, and the villager to where you select.

There is a magnet that you can use from sophisticated backpacks but I would also encourage you to look at other options too.

the mod pack doesnt have easy villagers so no you cannot

Yeap, there is "caary on" mod in modpack, you can just shift+right click with wmpty hands to pick up chests, mobs, and villagers too
