There's a guy in Omagh who is amazing. James Meyler. He's an Osteopath, there's also Chiropractic clinic in Omagh too. My friend uses Meyler though and said it was life changing. 👍🏾

I would love this type of treatment in my hometown. The chiro I use to go stares that the treatment I asked him about like this is to invasive. I don't think so. Cause I have relief only for couple hours after I go. Then that might, I am hurting again. I feel Dr Mondragon us very thorough. Also she works comfortable like me. I wear leggings everyday. I work from home. They are light and Comfy. She does a good job.

If you also like a very specific approach, you could try and search for a gonstead chiro in your area, maybe you're lucky. They usually don't do a lot of soft tissue work, they aim to bring the spine and pelvis into balance through thorough analysis and specific adjustments.
