Hi Sam, I'm afraid the bit about Erb's palsy isn't quite correct, you actually need to lose the C7 (middle trunk) contribution to lose wrist extension and get the full waiter's tip. The majority of obstetric brachial plexus injuries are neuropraxias to the upper trunk (C5, C6) which don't produce the loss of wrist extension. C5-C7 injury is sometimes called extended Erb's or Narakas type 2 and does have wrist drop. In these cases supinator is also lost, contributing to the pronation posture of the forearm.
Dear @SamWebster, I am a first-year medical student in England. Can you please tell me if it would be good if I could buy Gray's Anatomy 42nd edition, please? Kindly,
Another one; The pectineal ligament of Astley Cooper and the ligament of Astley Cooper in the mammary gland I'm guessing Astley Cooper was an anatomist as well?
"Will the real Erb's point please stand up?"

Please can you do a video on cubital fossa, your videos are the only ones I understand and they are very informative. Thank you 🙏
