Doodle your way through a Journal 01

If only we could leave some time in our ever-busy days for self-reflection, time to enjoy just being in the moment. To gain the opportunity to ground ourselves and connect to who we really are.
Here's a simple activity to help you access your creative power and anchor into your inner-child joy.
I was gifted this beautiful notebook from India, and decided it made for a perfect doodle journal, where each day I would make time for my creative spirit and doodle a page. I started with the first page where I wrote myself an affirmation and doodled inside the letter E.
I now invite you to join me, where you too find a beautiful notebook or make one yourself, and over the next few blog posts, together we will fill the pages one by one with gorgeous doodles, using a regular black pen, or you can invest in a pigment liner, my favourite being unipin.
Your doodling doesn't have to be everyday, and it doesn't have to be for very long, even 2 minutes is enough. It also doesn't HAVE to be good.
Making this commitment to yourself to doodle regularly, really helps open us up again to our amazing creative potential so that you may go on to lead a more fulfilling life. I hope you enjoy this journey with me.
