  • Imagine you’ve got everything properly planned out - a thought-through itinerary, meticulously sourced accommodation, highly recommended foods and candid photos that will make people envy of.
    You hop on the trip and you’re totally nailing it. Then, a week has passed, things change. The travel exhaustion sort of just hit on you. Suddenly, you went from energetically exploring places to feeling tired, cranky and completely depleted in the middle of the trip.
    That, my friends, is travel burnout. While it may seem underrated, but it is a fairly common occurrence among solo travellers. Truth is, constant travel is truly meaningful - but it can also be exhausting. I can attest to it, and in this video, let me share with you my burnout experience and how I overcame it.
    Remember, to focus on enjoying where you are now - because solo travel can also be a liberating experience!

    Been traveling since January, I feel I am tired and wanna go back home for some months then resume the travel again later in the year
