I thought that Louis said they weren't "Sportsmen" rather than athletes and obviously he's correct. Coal mining can be incredibly physically demanding and arduous it doesn't mean it's a sport. I actually think the best comparison for pro wrestling is dancing- there's no competition aspect but it still demands a great deal of physical attributes and skill just like a ballet dancer would.

I thought that Louis said they weren't "Sportsmen" rather than athletes and obviously he's correct. Coal mining can be incredibly physically demanding and arduous it doesn't mean it's a sport. I actually think the best comparison for pro wrestling is dancing- there's no competition aspect but it still demands a great deal of physical attributes and skill just like a ballet dancer would.
I guess it would be like dancing in a way. Like a mix between dancing and a daytime soap opera.
