He was cycling from his home in Sarlat to visit his brother in Herts. Mostly wild camping on the way. I asked 'what about charging the battery?' and he said he just knocked on someone's door. In 7 days he'd only had one refusal.😄. Your train travels encouraged me to take my bike on a train today. First for me and it worked out well. We're planning other trips using the train and cycling.
