- In this video, Logee's horticulturist and third generation owner, Byron Martin, discusses Dombeyas, tropical flowering trees with showy clusters of flowers that are usually pink, red, or white. Native to tropical and subtropical regions of Africa, Madagascar, and the Mascarene Islands, Dombeyas are easy to grow and make excellent container plants. The Dombeya is a popular ornamental plant, and several species are grown as houseplants or in gardens. Below are the plants Byron discusses in this video:
