I was just rewatching some older repaints and just want to say how much I appreciate the veins on your dolls! (12:10) I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and it makes my skin translucent, so my veins are much more visible compared to "typical" folks! Having skin differences represented in small ways feels empowering and inclusive, thank you for celebrating things that are often treated as flaws! 💖🦓

Arthritis has set in which is quite painful. _I do work with plastic canvas and yarn to keep my hands and fingers as nimble as possible._ In the meantime I'll just watch you (I'm a subscriber) work your magic❣🥰

As beautiful and delicate as your vein work is, I feel its worth mentioning that generally speaking, the more pigment is in skin (so the darker the skin), the less obvious veins become. It only really occurred to me here since Isi has a human skintone, I have no idea what the rules would be for some of the crazier colours would be ^^;
On the subject of the eyebrows, and how they're close to the horns...have you thought about extending the OTHER end of the brow, and making a "unibrow" effect? You could even do a bit of flocking to reinforce the faun effect.

I freaking love that hair color and I kinda used something similar on one of my dolls since it was a left over bit of yarn that i combined with some golden colored yarn too. I seem to prefer wavy or natural yarn texture hair over the straight so I really love her hair!!!
ooo gold and red sound so pretty!! i enjoy the natural texture as well but alot of my yarn doesnt wave like this one. i think because its chunkier? its just alot straighter than this yarn. thank ya!!

Hey :) Apoxie Sculpt is unavailable in my country and it is too expensive for me to import it, so I did a little improvising. I did some body modifications on a Lagoona doll using cold porcelain. It is a glue-based clay, so water isn’t so welcome, but I think a little bit of matte varnish will protect it. I also don’t know about the vinyl head (in case you want to make some mods to her sculpt). Hope I helped a bit :)
@@auroradreycon8040 you can make at home! Lol All you need is white PVA glue, cornstarch, a bit of lime/lemon juice an baby oil. You can find many recipes out there, I prefer those who are made in the microwave!

So I have freckles and I am still learning to love them, so every time someone put freckles on art (correctly of course, not the lazy 10 freckle thing) it helps. I found it wild that people like freckles enough to intentionally put it in their art, so it is helping me like mine with the exposure to it. Overall, I appreciate the freckles even if you think they were too light, that's what they look like as you get older/use more sunscreen

The difference between a faun and satyr. Is fauns are Roman mythology and the ones you’d want at a wedding. Satyrs come from Greek mythology, and are the ones you’d see at a 25th birthday party. That’s the cleanest way I can put that for younger people who may be watching tis-.
I used to have the original doll with blue hair. I got her brand new and I kept all her clothes and kept her in great condition and I LOVED her. Then she got thrown out :(

I've learned from drawing that the key to not getting a cross-eyed look is to also make sure the eyes are pointed up at least a little

The difference between a faun and satyr. Is fauns are Roman mythology and the ones you’d want at a wedding. Satyrs come from Greek mythology, and are the ones you’d see at a 25th birthday party. That’s the cleanest way I can put that for younger people who may be watching tis-.

I used to have the original doll with blue hair. I got her brand new and I kept all her clothes and kept her in great condition and I LOVED her. Then she got thrown out :(
