This man is an example of leading by actions. He doesn't speak, he doesn't need to. His World cup performance against the ABs will forever live on in legendary tales.

The man is not human, he tackles, rolls away immediately and re-joins the line, tackles again, never gives a penalty away, he hits hard, he clears out rucks, he runs in support. If he took kicks then he would do everything, he is a nonstop machine. He will be greatly missed

PSDT has a great rugby brain which is somewhat masked by his physicality.
It’s one thing to be a physical machine but another thing completely to be able to use it like he does.

HULK mode! His rugby IP is far more superior than he gets credit for! Gentle giant, monster of a man on the field! You always get a sense that something special i 11:07 s bound to happen when PSDT is lurking. I feel sorry for the recipients of those missile hits. Salute🥃🥃

The crazy thing is, one thing south Africa is not short on are quality flankers. For me, I've always rated Juan Smith as one of the best we ever had. And then PSDT came along. I never even thought he was the right choice to play flank, but he sure made a believer out of me. I guess this is what happens when you have a steady diet of flyhalves over the years. When the day comes that he takes the tape off for the final time, he is going to be a tough act to follow. Truly a incredible;e servant to the game.

I agree. And before Juan Smith there was Andre Venter. And before him Ruben Kruger. All great no7 flanks

Phenomenal work rate, but he also has excellent strategic thinking given he's often right place right time, and with great low tackle technique for such a big man,

He even has incredible speed for a big guy. Obviously not like those coloured boys but for a 2m giant, he is extremely quick

Embodies the flanker on defence 😂 just one simple order, whoever hangs one to that ball for a second too late make them reconsider 😂 very efficient I wouldn’t want to chase back for a kick knowing there’s a good 80% chance PSDT is right behind you coming in hot like a truck down a hill

The story that the Titanic sunk due to being hit by an iceberg is false. What truly happened is that PSDT was swimming halfway across the ocean and the Titanic just so happened to have the misfortune of bashing into him.
