9-ish years ago I learned a Thousand Years from your original video/sheets. This past summer I revisited it for nostalgia and this is the first video on my subscription feed. Love this!! 🤍

@@aldy32 Me too. 8 Years ago I stumbled across this video. I hated playing piano as a kid (only took lessons for one year and quit because it was not fun). Found my love for it through this particular song and have not stopped since.
Now... 8 years later, I am able to play almost any song I hear on the radio in 10 minutes. I am eternally grateful that you uploaded this cover. Aldy's arrangement is the first song I learned after quitting piano, and it holds a very special place in my heart. Every once in a while I record myself to compare it to how I was 8 years ago and it's amazing to see how far I've progressed.
