A lot of people where I come from don't like this type of music, but I always loved it. I don't know exactly what it is.. It's like car flying through narrow city streets at 100km/h and somehow never crashing into anything. Wonderful performance!

This flute is called Frula in Serbian and it is a Serbian national instrument and there are many types of them, and I do not know what this type is. And Bagpipe is called Gajda in the Balkans, it's Balkan Gajda and now there are more types of them, which one I don't know.

Also you have a longer type of "frula"(woodwind) called "kaval". Also you have "svrljiske gajde"
