We flipped the living room to show you a new furniture placement option. By switching the layout of the floorplan it creates more space and better functionality, making it the "Barn Owl Reimagined". The U-shape kitchen makes everything easily accessible. And let's not forget the side by side washer and dryer space in the hallway. The combination of all of these features plus the loft make it a universal-use park model. This 399SF tiny home works for individuals and families alike.
The Barn Owl Reimagined is on sale today for just $108,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

Likes the new layout of the living room...entertainment center beside the stairs...Gives much more functionality! Loves the screened-in front porch! Could place a large dining table for outdoor eating...critter proof...Likes the U-shape kitchen layout...Bathroom feels large against the side by side W&D...always a nice feature to have! Overall great floor plan!
Hmm. I'd prefer a stackable w/d. and a closet for jackets or stuff in that hallway. Totally love the porch...

Nice entry, living space and kitchen. Impressive to have the space under the stairs used as well as having space for a pantry. It was a genius who put drawers under the washer and dryer because if you are going to put them side-by-side then make it so you can access them easily.
I doubt you can put a queen bed in the bedroom, but an RV queen (which is shorter) might fit. Even the loft isn't bad and I am not a loft fan. So, this is a nice home and anyone living here would be quite comfortable.
This is great! I really like the layout and everything about it! I cannot pick a favorite, although I am partial to the screened-in porch! Lots of storage for 399 square feet! I once lived in a studio apartment that was 395 square feet and it was spacious; so, 4 extra square feet PLUS a loft space is the cherry 🍒 on top! Great value for the price!
Original was my fav and then, I saw THIS. Screened in porch on top of my fav floorplan?? Yes Sir!! Love it!! Especially love the colors on the exterior...simply beautiful!
Best company I’ve seen like this so far…but I don’t want to pay for it to be hauled to Florida or Montana. 🥴 I wish I could find a company like this where I need it.

I have been loving Mr. Tiny and these videos! Will be moving to GA and these DEFINITELY seem to be worth the cost of moving. I want one to have for a few years as we build our main house, and then have this be a place for me mom. Keep these coming! AMAZING!
Love the fact that it has a bathtub in the bathroom.
The centralized loft is a good idea. The high ceilings in the bedroom gives you height space to do other things and be creative. The wrap around in the bathrooms gives you space to decorate or add cosmetics etc. When you show the bottom from the loft the Barnard Reimagine looks classy.
The wood floor in the loft is a nice dark color that adds a richness to the home. I wish the livingroom was alittle bigger as and the kitchen alittle smaller.

Love that front porch!!!!! The w/d pedestal would be great for a twin bed or bunk beds. Can you put a w/d in loft above that area so plumbing is already on that wall?
Saw door in bedroom so imagine it's an optional porch? I'd love one with privacy slats for an outdoor tv & bbq area.
I'm really excited about this model it is VERY well planned and functional for my lifestyle.
**Only change I'd demand is a double loft using bedroom area for a second "storage" loft. I dont care about height in a room you are horizontal for most useful hours.

I've been looking at these for years. Finally to a point of buying one. Unfortunately I'm on the East Coast, no one out here bills anything like yours. I wish you had a sales yard east of the Mississippi. From the literally thousands I've looked at most impressed by yours. Keep up the good work your designs will be influencing the one I buy.

I like the flip of entertainment and living spaces. That was my thought with the first barn owl video, if I ever chose this model, I would have swapped them. I think I would do stackable W&D just to have more storage in that space.

love it...especially like the bigger windows located porch side ...some of the homes just have too many windows and in stormy locations having hail hit isn't pretty with too many windows which are exposed... the layout of this home is great....like the raised area for washer & dryer too

True, cheap cheap tacky wannabes. I was shocked at poor quality and they make you sign a formaldehyde disclosure ❗💀⚰️🙀 Yes they are cheaper in price and that's because poorly made. I know 3 people who bought from them and the quality is impressive and tile work doesn't fall apart in a year! REAL WOOD is for real not foil wrapped pressed pulp!

I like the floor plan of the Sandpipper. I would like a frig. that doesn't stick out as much. I would take out the desk and open it up for a table as you suggested. I would like to add a screened in porch in order to make a fancy outdoor space. I would add a loft in the bedroom for more clothing storage that includes small closets on top or large storage cabinets. I like this model. I could do alot with this space.

I love the tweaks and the details. Prismatic windows are beautiful. I love the bathroom with the bathtub. Central location for the loft is great with clearstory windows on either side. I could truly imagine myself living there. Of course, there are a few things I would tweak, but overall, excellent job. I would prefer my closet next to the washer dryer area instead of in the room and I prefer a movable dresser for that bedroom wall, where I can put my very large tv on top. Also, I like the option to move furniture around. For the kitchen, I prefer to have a table (I have never cared for islands nor breakfast nooks) I can set up and fold the sides down that I can move around. I really like the 3 slim pantry. I would use the slim one for food and move the closet closer to the washer dryer area. Great job. You look dashing in white.
OMG!!! I just saw the Moonstone. It’s beautiful. If you marry the re-imagined barn owl with the Moonstone, it’s the perfect set-up for me. Great presentation!

I like that it has a smaller loft. I don't really need a loft but it's a good floor plan.
Interesting, I wished that it had the wood stained ceiling throughout and black rebar horizontal railing inside. Also drawers in the stairs. Or how about lift top treads instead of drawers, then there could still be tile on the risers.

I would like to see taller cabinets in the kitchen rather than that soffit over the sink. There doesn't seem to be a lot of storage in the kitchen cabinets
This by far has to be the best design they've done so far. The Cardinal is pretty good too but this one was really good. Has the farm sink, entertainment center, pantry, tub, side by side washer and dryer, loft, deck, barn doors. Really impressed with the layout here. Best one so far they've done 👍
