Hey Jon & Grüezi from Switzerland Thank you so much for the review and I'm very glad you liked the razor! A couple things I'd like to add: The guidelines on the website are directed at someone switching from cartridges to a safety razor, therefore giving you an idea on which plate could be ideal. With the 0.99 plate you can handle a five day growth smoothly as it is surprisingly efficient for how mild it is. We are planning a plate in the 1.20mm region, with more blade exposure for those that like a little more blade feel. :) The prices on the website are including VAT, however if you're outside of Switzerland VAT is deducted at checkout. Our initial batch is mostly sold out, but there is a restock coming in May. :) - Pascal
Hey Pascal, thank you for the information and clarification, I appreciate the chance to try the razor and for your time in answering some of my questions!
Hi Jon,.. I always enjoy your reviews. It’s always so helpful to me when you compare the razor you’re reviewing with other razors it’s similar too. Thanks, Lindsay 💈
Made in Switzerland what can I say 💈🪒👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼if you know how Swiss are meticulous with watches well this razor brings it all… Very nicely made and would like to have one down the road.. Take care Alan H
I could see $265 if it included all 3 plates. I know Swiss manufacturing costs but that price is surprising for a ss razor, especially when marketed as “simple” aka less machining.
This is a good looking razor it’s handle reminds me of the carbon a little bit. The price seems hi and I get that it is a premium razor but I almost feel like there is a lot of new razors trying to vie for that 200-250 range.sounds like a good scent I like pie too. Stay safe.
Hey John, very curious about this razor. It's a Swiss quality razor, Swiss like me and the I did not know there about. I'll try gap 66 and 87, as I use to shave me daily. Similar to GChanger 84?
Hi Danilo, I would say the .66 and .87 on the Blutt it has the feel of the GC .68 (barely any blade feel) but with more efficiency. Since I made this video, they’ve added one more plate with a larger gap, I’d imagine that one to be closer to the GC .84 but haven’t tried it personally.

So VAT would be about 8% lower price for US customer?
@@hauntedpandaofgreyvalley803 VAT is 7.7%, so yes about 8% lower. :)

I appreciate that Lindsay, thanks for watching!
Nice music during the interlude. Thanks for the shave. I really like the Blackbird SS also!
Is it made by the same Pascal that made a razor a few years ago? He was from Israel.
Hey Keith, I don't believe they are the same person, Pascal from Blutt Rasur is based out of Switzerland!
Thanks
All attractiveness has been tarnished with that price tag🤣🤣🤣
That's a handsome razor! I love DG Sweet Lemon as well. I have 10-20% left of an Icarus puck that I need to finish already!
Hey Jon ! I love the background stories of the soaps. This one sounds terrific!
Thanks Kim, I really do love the scent with Sweet Lemon!
Great review Jon!
Thanks for watching Mohammad!
Nice video, bud. The Blutt looks like a good solid stainless steel razor.
Thank you!

I woke up this morning brother.
And that's half the battle. Lol
Great shave, Jon. You gave very well thought out impressions.
Thank you very much Lee!

Nice shave Jon. Looks like a nice razor there.
Thanks Chris!

Nice review on the razor! I'm surprised how mild it is even at .99 blade gap.
I wasn't expecting the mildness either!

@@Latherhog grazie I'll test it.
I was considering the .86 plate. Were you able to give that a try when you had the razor? Thanks in advance.
The .99 was already quite mild to me, so I'm sorry to say I didn't use the .86 blade while I was borrowing it.
Nice shave, fine razor
Thanks for watching!
Nice brush!
It really is a very attractive looking razor.
great video
Thanks Banocka!
