    I like his comparison of the tension to a sandwich. It's an easy way to remember whether to loosen or tighten the tension.

    Why was there thread still hanging after you trimmed? is there a way to change that?

    Is there someone that can come do an entire service on my machine? If so what would cost be? I love when my machine works correctly, but I never realized I'd have to become so familiar with all the mechanisms. I've had it for several years and it is just too much to go through all of the UA-cam videos and fix every single item that isn't working properly. Would love to just have somebody come out and tune it up
