Dang that thing is so cool. You need to turn it into a vacuum engine. It looks very simple. You have all the components. Just make it a little bit better. ❤
@@Ripping_That_0425 well, between the holes in the cylinder and the head, it would be very difficult. And my vacuum can't run engines, so it's not really possible for me right now
I would, but again, by vacuum could barely run that one, let alone 3 more cylinders. if I get a better vacuum, I'll definitely try on not just this one, but some of my other engines as well
@@DeltonAdamsLEGO it not your vacuum it the friction you need a lube some stuff up to make it so you can spin it by hand real easy and then it’ll take off
@@Ripping_That_0425 the engine had almost zero friction. I tried quite literally everything. Me and the guy I was working with, who has been building these engines for years now, chalked it up to the vacuum, because we'd tried everything. It doesn't suck enough air fast enough to run a 6x6 engine
This is so damn awesome 👍 These round piston engines are so cool you have done great work with this. It sounds silly but I've always dreamt of creating an engine similar that can run off of pressurized air or a vacuum. I had in mind a DOHC inline 4 engine with a good sealed cylinder and piston and similar in displacement to a 600cc sportbike engine. It's crazy about all the work someone would have to put in to create something like that and to be functional. I had always imagined the need for o rings maybe metal shafts and bearings to be study under load and power and perhaps glue and grease and plenty other non LEGO modifications. But just imagine how cool it would sound. I would really like to make my dream engine as robust and reliable I could with what LEGO can stand. I also think about how realistic you could make tappet valves from LEGO, especially for them to have a good seal as well and also maybe some external fixtures like oil and water pumps that may not be functional but it would still be cool I could probably go on forever not to forget air plenums or exhaust headers and a functional throttle body and. This creation is awesome it is definitely no walk in the park but one day I hope you could find out how to power a similar engine by vacuum, and those piston rods and piston designs are simple but good!
This is the coolest purchasable LEGO replica engine in existence!

🤯 keep up the great
work
this is amazing you made an ultra realistic four-cylinder engine. That is amazing.😮
very nice!

Fantastic build

Wow thats awesome! I love how the engine running is perfectly in sync with the music at the beginning
Oh my gooooood I want this soooooooo bad

Can you turn this to a vacuum engine?it will be very cool.
I'd love to, but the head wasn't designed for airflow. I don't really know how I'd make this one work
vaccum version plis
😬 I don't know about that! The head isn't exactly designed for airflow!
I dare you to turn it into an LVE… like what you did with your other one.
Yeah, right! You saw how much trouble I went through for a single cylinder! I have no idea how I'd make an airtight head for this one!
@@DeltonAdamsLEGO sorry for giving you trouble…

Cool 👏👏👏
You shud post that on lego ideas
I would, but I doubt they'd accept it
Good idea!
@@DeltonAdamsLEGO I would buy it and you should
Wonder if it would work if it was a vacuum engine?
@@pauldederichs9043 not this exact version, but yeah, inline 4 LVE's are possible
$450 💀 damn I kinda wanted this for my office.
Pls make a Lego vacuum engine
I'm looking into it. Can't promise anything though....
Why we need to pay instutions instead of download them and bulid them
It takes me a lot of time to make the instructions, so it helps to balance everything out. There are free instructions that you can download, though
You know for example the old briggs and stration engine if was free but the it was on the list of pays
But thanks tho
😮 why is your model so expensive the miniature V8 cost 110
That's the price of bricks and shipping 🤷♂️ everything is going up
