I’m relatively new to mtb scene too and have found you’re bang on about the people. Had someone help me fix a flat at ohh and refused when I tried to pay him for the tube. Every time I’ve been pushing my bike (usually cos I’m unfit) I’ve had riders stop and check I’m all good. Keep up the killer videos legend
Great vid, cheers for showcasing SA and FOX creek. Broke my back/detached my hamstring at Xmas time 2021 at the kicker/step up on blue groove. Too fast and overcooked it. Back now and much wiser/older. Loved the vid. It is the best SA trail/track. Nice1.
Mate that’s so heavy I fractured a few vertebrae around 3 years ago. It was a slow climb back to where I was in my riding ability. Glad your back on the bike man.

Froff dog!! Youve got to come back soon, theres been so much good work done to the trails recently, the top fox fast has been re done and long has been fixed up, there are new massive drops at the bottom of pattos, a new bottom section for green smoothie and 2 new trails on the way.
Lack in length? I mean I don’t think we have a track with such quality and length as Fox Creeks mainline within an hour of Melbourne. I am blown away by Adelaide’s trail network within the metropolitan area and surroundings. OHalloran Hill. Shepperds hill. Craigburn farm. Eagle MTB park. Bel air. And obviously fox creek. There is not even a point of comparison. What do we have here? Plenty Gorge? Lysterfield? Quarry park? Our best bet is you yangs at this stage. Any other decent place is 1.5 hrs away. Harcourt. Black hill. Marysville (cascades). Red hill.
You are tripping, Fox Creek sucks right now! The climbing trail takes you off to whoop whoop, Fox Fast is closed. Fox Long, the other main descent, is getting overgrown with the regrowth from the fire. Which sucks when you are trying not to just pinball down a rut. The adaptive MTB jump trail is awesome to see and the skills park is nice. But when the 2 main descents are running like dog 💩 and the network sucks, it is highly over rated.
That’s what I tell my wife, ‘what I lack in length… make up for quality’ 😂

That bike park looks mint ..... the flow trails ... tho old school race trails & the jumps were top class! Look fwd to WA 👊
