Worst part is when this issue crops up just after the warranty expires. The service center tells you it's a mother board issue and then you are screwed.

There is same issue with galaxy M31s as well.. I have been facing this issue after a new update from Samsung. I tried to reach out to customer care and they said that mother board has to be changed and it would charge around Rs8500. Its sad to find that even Samsung is doing these kind of stunts with its brand.
If I buy any phone of Samsung which has exynos will it cause problem or the issues are coming in only this variant Exynos 9661

My friend's m21 just died randomly and stuck on boot logo no matter what we did..... It never started again
My father had the m30s and there was a problem of auto restarting so he contacted Samsung service centre and they told him the motherboard had burned and the only solution was to get it replaced the price was 6750 and after that it has been working fine and also the problem started after the warranty had ended. Thanks rakesh bhai for mentioning this issue 🙏🙏

I had exactly the same problem in my m30s, I went to the service centre; here in Pune. They replaced its Motherboard, Battery and screen assembly(as their technician broke it). It was in warranty and costed me only ₹300 (Admin charges)

I had a similar issue in my M31s and the brand service centre told me that the motherboard was dead and asked me to pay approx INR 9000 for replacement of the same even when the same was under warranty. I got the same repaired for 2500 aftermarket and the phone works well. There was no need to change the motherboard. There is some serious running from responsibility going on Samsung's part.

I had also same issue in 2 m21, which i had bought for my relatives, one was completely dead... both of them were in the final leg of warranty... But samsung service centre replaced the motherboards freely...
My M21 is losing network sometimes
At home, we're using 3 Samsung phones running on Xynos 9611- M30s, F41, A50s. All of them are running smoothly. This processor is best suited for low to moderate usage. I am using A50s, with more than 100 apps, most of them required along with work profile enabled.
I'm also using a50s. never had any of these issues

I'm currently using M31S for almost 11months...that is a year till now I haven't faced any issue or any problem, only the phone gets throttled if it's get warm....but that's very rare....I as a samsung user loving this phone very much for my day to day use ❤️

Hardware problems can occur in any phone.. These 9611 phones were sold a lot and the processor is also old so no doubt some Hardware issues will occur..

I am using my samsung galaxy M31 since 1 year and it is playing its role with out any problem. It just throttle some time while gaming or heavy work, otherwise this gives me best user experience.

Hi, I am facing the same issue from 25th April 2022 but the freezing and restarting happens continuously and sometimes it gets stuck on Samsung logo during booting until battery fully drains. and I have send you a email with the said information. Hope you will help me...

Seriously, It is a great initiative, at least if I get some subsidy for replacing motherboard, then also I can be with Samsung. Cause Samsung know very well that they are responsible for this issues. I faced this issue just after using 1yr and 2 months.

@@Pakshal9114 I mailed to Samsung care regarding this problem, Someone from the Samsung quality checking department, called me and told me to submit my mobile in my nearest service center without any cost. They will look into this problem, if it was due to their software update, they will do something or they will give a discount for motherboard replacing. I went to service center again and told them everything. But they refused to keep my mobile. Now I am trying to contact that Quality department person over mail, but he is not replying.
I'm using Samsung galaxy m31s from one year, I've never seen any issues what so ever until now. I guess it's an issue for Exynos 9611 for old devices. But still it runs day to day tasks well.
Do you ever faced lagging issue when you are calling someone? For my M31s this has been the issue all time that on clicking the button to call ...it takes time to get to the calling screen.
@@KushKumar-ig9ub I think the same problem is with M31, Had to factory reset 2-3 times to fix this issue and bloatware problem, now I don't know if the problem is still there or i am used to it

Thank you for this video, I have experienced some random restarts in my A50s but I always considered it as the last step for my mobile against any app.
I am using m30s from more than 1 and a half year (more than 18 months ) and i faced heating and battery drain issues but after one update issues were solved and it is running really smooth toh not only model to model but also individual unit se bhi change hojate hai experience

Thankyou sir for bringing this issue i took my mobile to service center and they asked to give 7k for the repair. So instead of that i gave this as an exchange and got 7k on Flipkart 😂🥺😞 but still 16k phone getting such trouble that too in one year shame on Samsung 😞😩

Mine was starting but it was always restarting after 5 minutes so what I did was i kept my phone fully charged and switched off till the time the delivery boy came i was Lucky that my delivery boy was good when he was checking my phone got restarted for 2-3 times he said we cannot take that I kept saying that i have not updated the mobile so this is happening and then we tried for one last time and my phone didn't restart so he accepted for exchange !

I also had a Samsung phone ( just recently exchanged in BBD sale)
It was F41..
I faced the auto restarting issue and that was very bad experience..
After every 2 minutes it got restarted and didn't turn on until that restarting thing drained the whole battery and then once I charged it atleast 2 - 5% it booted and again same repeated after using 10 minutes.
Very bad experience with Samsung as it was my first phone of Samsung ..
I exchanged that shit phone for realme narzo 30 4g.
Thanks Samsung for this wonderful experience, will never buy any Samsung phone in future, better to go with realme or other brands .

Some of A71 users were facing motherboard issue after Update. The users were facing automatic restarting issue and freezing issue. Snapdragon 730 problem.

I have A50S. Since February 2020 to this day i faced not any issues in my mobile except hanging problem. I never visited any of the service center because it was never needed. There are some flaws but i can assure i can use this mobile more 1.5 years. Samsung provide one of best quality products.

Hello, Everyone I am Using samsung M31 but i didn't have this issues since 2020 , So Everything is great with this phone..... For me.
I am using Samsung M31 from last 3 years. There was no issues with the phone but now after 3 years the restart problem started. I have changed the motherboard from my mobile technician and now its working fine.

I m using M31. My phone's processor works well according to my usage(insta, YT, teams, whatsapp, COC,etc). But my device gets heated when I do my work with help of Mobile data. Baki phone mast hai sir, display camera battery mast hai.

Nice step Rakesh bhai, small advice that will be more convenient for you as well as viewers.
Instead of email, you can create Google form.
In this way you can specify what information is mandatory so that people won't spam and you can get the data in sorted way also, which is a huge plus point as you won't have to go through every mail one by one.

I used have the same issue of auto-restarting and audio not working since 2 weeks, I just factory reset my phone and it got fixed. It's been 3 days and I did not get any weird restarts or anything.
