So apparently two versions of this episode exist. I watched the one uploaded to Bilibili. It doesn't have a scene with Nezha, but instead there's a scene with a passerby before Kitten gets picked up by mom.

Kitten attends extracurricular classes, so he can't go play with his friends. Then he sees an unfamiliar boy and plays snowball with him. Gets a bump on the head, tries to use it as an excuse to not attend art class. It doesn't work.
