Back in Black. Greatest comeback album in the history of rock and roll.
It wasn't a comeback album. Bon Scott wrote the whole album.
@@jamesragsdale8202 Bon actually didn't write any of Back In Black. Bon died two months before the band even started recording Back In Black. The making of the album was heavily inspired by Bon & specially made for him & dedicated to him. Brian even said very respectfully in an interview that Bon didn't write any of the material on Back In Black
@@toddlesiak3837 Bon wrote the whole back in black album. The young brothers broke into Bon's apartment to take his lyric book for the back in black album after Bon died. Bon's saying was Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution.
@@jamesragsdale8202 hahahaha. Good luck on your re-entry back to earth.
@@dnx112 yep. The first time I saw AC/DC live opening for Kiss, I thought to myself, “ I bet those two guitarists are burglars.”
I love hearing Cliff going crazy, and nailing it. Most underrated bassist ever. I’ve seen AC/DC live about 6 times since 1996, and live, Cliff is bolder and louder than on the albums.
These 'underrated' comments are so lazy & add nothing to the conversation. Who rates music?
Yes totally underrated
@@anotherunoriginalcomment Your comment is so underrated
@@anotherunoriginalcomment lmfao you actually made a you tube page just to say that. LAME!
He’s far from under rated, if anything he’s over rated, and I’m a massive fan.
I can’t believe Brian’s voice . It’s so insane . Especially on sinncity . Wow
Young Brian Johnson absolutely great. His voice in this period fantastic and very complete with dc-music.
I agree 💯 after Fly on the Wall he never sounded as good. Kinda like Plant after Houses of the Holy.
This is the pinnacle for what a rock band should be. So raw, so powerful. This is what I show to people who don't understand my love for AC/DC. It gets no better than this!
The mix is perfect for live playing
this is pretty damn good but i think their peek was the powerage tour.
Hay en las tablas y punto...no más... enormes....😀💪💪💪💪once veces pude verlos
Te entiendo perfectamente y estoy contigo...El poder de acdc en esta época subió un peldaño.
Smartphones killed this kind of crowd reaction. Makes me happy to be older.
Love this show! Brian at his best, even though it’s his first tour.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
He used to have a vomit bucket by the stage to throw up in, after demanding songs like Honey and Shoot to Thrill.
@@exebit9366 yes, due to being out of shape at this point of his career / life. Thankfully, he’d improve his fitness, and wouldn’t have that issue later on.
@@BeAGoodDoga I would imagine that was more due to nerves than anything. He's not fat here or anything.
@@SoloDallasII yeah that’s what I meant.
No mate, his first tour was in 1980 in Europe to promote Back in Black. Started off in Belgium.
As a bassist myself, it's great to hear Cliff giving it some on the bass. I don't think he got the credit he deserved.
The raw power of Brian’s voice on full display. Glorious! ⚡️
This is next level bitchin. Cliff's bass is strong in the mix, Mal's rhythm is center and Brian goes capless, i love it.
Excellent drumming from Phil Rudd
Back in the the day when "Rock 'n Roll" was "Rock 'n Roll"!!
Rock N roll ain't gonna die RIP Malcolm Young
RIP Malcolm Young
They were on fire at these shows, playing faster tearing it up for the Tokyo fans 💯😈🎸🎸
Wow, I never knew this existed. Incredible live band proving themselves all over again with a new singer, and killing it. Great recording too. Angus earned every single penny he ever made. Just look at him go.
2:00 first time i've heard Brian sing the "see my white light flashing" line as he did in the album, that is an incredibly high register to reach
Yeah he nails it. Quality young Johnson!
He was actually pushed by the producers to sing higher and higher and said in an interview "I think I painted myself into a corner there but hey"
Grandissimo Brian Johnson !! Una colonna insostituibile della band
Bullshit. His voice was great THROUGH Blow Up Your Video.
Cliff Williams un mostro
My God they were on fire here, the energy Angus is berserk, Brian's incredible how he kept his voice I don't know, the crowd are going nuts, what a gig, brilliant, seen them 6 times since 91. The crowd aint standing there with the phones out those were the days....
MALCOLM keeping it all together.
I can understand why Eddie Van Halen loved Malcolm. Both truly unique rhythm guitarists.
RIP ED
3 yrs later his voice was toast but the band remained strong. Lead guitar player is absolutely incredible. Not an easy task to move like that and play solos not to mention doing it for 2 hrs.
Voice was toast? He still sounds the same 40 years later
That lead guitar player has a name and it's Angus Young! Have a little respect.
@@ericbuzzard2041 🤘
Fully. It took surgery to fix Brian’s voice for 1990s Razors Edge. I have a bootleg live in Norway 1988 and his voice was awful…. Refund awful. He used to do coke (briefly) in his early days in the band… that messes up your voice.
But when I saw them (twice) for the Ballbreaker tour… his voice was just as good as on the albums!!!!
@@robpaxson4455 Don"t think so.
It's awesome seeing Malcolm wrestle with his Gretsch White Falcon - it's as big as him! He's was the best.
That is the quintessential rock concert.
Brian with no hat on. Sweet!
Fantastic! Blue Collar Rock at it's Best... AC/DC BABY!!🤘🤘
Sin City. Powerage. What an album.
The voltage...
Years ago, when Phil Rudd got into trouble and he faced the judge, the defense suggested that AC/DC needed him, go light on my client, etc. The judge gave him home detention and then said something that I thought was odd: Noting that AC/DC was on tour without him, he said "Queen replaced Freddie Mercury." OK, fair enough, but this is exactly the show that came to mind that should have been shown to hizzoner afterwards. "And we replaced Bon Scott first, even if that doesn't help my defense!"
A belated "thank you" for this upload. Absolutely love Brian Johnson before the cap and Harley shirt, going crazy during "Shot Down in Flames."
Brian's voice is great here.
There wasn't a microphone in the world that could have accurately captured the sheer volume in the room that night. I wasn't even there and I can still hear it ringing in my ears.
I'm 17 years old, and I'm in the front row right in front of Malcolm's microphone stand.
I've lost my ear.
Fcuk everyone who thinks Brian wasn't good the mans vocals on back in black, for those about to rock, flick of the switch and fly on the wall were phenomenal. His voice was the definitive rock voice for me on those albums.
Amazing energy Brian!
Amazing! Even though the sound quality isn't the best, the mix itself is amazingly clear. Malcolm on the left, Angus on the right, Brian and Cliff in the middle and perfectly spreaded out drums. Love it, thanks!
I'm not used to seeing Brian with so much hair and no cap. I almost didn't recognize him.
imo .......... AcDc 's best 2 albums was the Last with Bon & the first with Brian. ........... Highway & back in Black are both incredible
i would have to pick powerage as the very clearly best acdc album.
Saw them in 84. I still can't hear!
Brian really struck it lucky with these guys. Although it was off the back of an event that no one would have ever wanted to happen. I know he appreciated the situation and he respected Bon highly.
AC ⚡ DC ❤️
& he was praised about to the band from Bon not just luck Bon Approved.
The other side to that coin is that THEY were lucky to find HIM. Replacing Bon could have failed miserably. In fact, more bands that replace well-established frontmen fail rather than do succeed.

Excelent job my brother as always, thank you very much salutes from Argentina 🇦🇷🙌🏻
You've done it again. This is the best I've seen this show look.

KILLER 'Sin City' performance!
Great job!
Good job, my friend 👏👏👏👍
Amazing rock band, super audience ! Nice work....
Thanks my Friend ! ;-)
Wow!! This sounds wild!!!
This is incredible
Gives me chills
Thanks for posting! What a gem. Best rock band ever!!
Not easy to cary the glory after Bon Scott but Brian does more than we can expect!!!!!!!!And he is a very god guy with the TV-show "Cars that Rocks"!!!!❤
Angus young, lol, completely mad, how good guitarist he is I don't know, but playing like that in such a "mental " manner is quite impressive
Miglior gruppo di tutti i tempi
Great mix bro! 😝🤘🎵🎵🎵🎵 cliff sounds great. Nice vocals.just a touch more snare on hells bells.😊👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😁👊
Interesting that a Japanese audience doesn't seem to require security noticing Brian's interaction with them.
Good show, very raw very heavy
The tempo is insane, Mal & Clff are physically digging very hard. Great stuff here, with BJ at his best.
EXCEPTIONNEL !...
Szuper!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
Back in the day 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Wow, never seen Brian do 'Rocker' Awesome
BEST BAND IN THE FKN WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Acdc rules forever
That open hair of Brian Johnson makes the whole band even more evil and aggressiv. fantastic!
those where times - the audience so close to the artists!
Nice vídeo and also nice Mal' s Grestch :-)
Based on the audio, he broke a string near the end of High Voltage (sadly no video of it), which is why he suddenly has his regular Gretsch on Whole Lotta Rosie & Rocker, before switching back for the encore.
Taking the heads off everyone in sight...
Great crowd
Jakie to piękne☺️
Look at how close front row used to be...I miss those days...
cuanta energia vamooos
Brian was in top form that night!!! Love that man!! 🤟🤟
It seems like yesterday , still got my ticket Bruxelles 25/1/1981 🥳
Muito, muito bom ⚡ Nostálgico!!!
Hell's Bell intro... massive feedback not coming from Angus' guitar... I see Mal's 'wearing' that 42' Gretsch TV set...
All is fine!
Top content! Top channel!!
Totally young & ecstatic (energy) , more so Angus -and Phil Rudd's perfect style of playing thanks to all ....
Dam what a show
Моя молодость
Too much Green tea before the show??? Holy shit 😂❤
My own sense of it was that in Broward County we were stragglers when it came to this in the early 1980's. Apparently there is some accounting for good taste. This concert though must have been a singular experience.
old VHS tape playing slightly too fast - but what a great gig, band on fire !!!!
just fucking thunderous!!
Thanks!!
Btw I love AC/DC!!
The best band on earth.

Hearing ROCKER with Brian rules
Wow
That's the longest I've ever seen Angus wear his hat
So sad about Bon Scott , Brian Johnson was a great choice for the new front man .
