Love the look of the speedconcept. I really hope they keep the rim brake version alive for a while longer. I cant see how a disc brake version would be any faster for triathletes who usually dont race on technical courses.
Yes... Look what Chris Froome says about disc breaks. He thinks they are not as good. Even Ineos is still on rim breaks and they are winning so much races. Rims are easier to repair on your own, cheaper to renew and you don't have that fluids which are bad for the environment if they leak. Discs are heavier, less aero but more expensive, that's why they push it...
Where is Trek with the new speed concept? We have seen the UCI version... Are you able to tell us when they will be letting you have the new disc speed concept?

@@onepunchbud1472 exactly. only benefit is braking power on wet steep downhills. not worth it for the aero, weight and price disadvantage
