  • This is the new agency blueprint for your new or existing recruiting business. The method which some people already do within their agency, is to market solely to candidates rather than clients. So essentially we are giving our service to passive job seekers rather than the clients. We are working for the candidate, but still get paid by the client. Until there is a larger amount of candidates in the open market I believe this method will work for effectively in any recruitment business.

    Now this is truly Part-time/Full-time recruitment!! I love this method of running your agency. Kadz, you gotta get some testimonials from people that succeeded using your methods. I know there's plenty out there.

    Can I ask how do we set up the contracts for the candidate / client etc. and what needs to be included in the contracts? Can you make a separate video on the process from when we find a candidate to getting paid? Thanks

    Assalamoalaikum kadz, I am your very frequent viewer and takes lots of value from your recruitment videos on yt that you provide for free, kadz Alhamdulillah after seeing your videos I have got the courage to register my ltd company in the upcoming month but I am worried about starting out between healthcare or building services engineering sector bro as an elder brother what would you recommend whatever you say I am ready to dive into that sector and niche

    Hello - I had been laid off from my corporate TA role but had experience with the agency grind when i first got into TA. I am extremely hungry and have the intellect to go all in and complete my goal. Having said this, your video really spoke to me, it gave a very workable framework that I can tailor to my style. I am however at a loss about the legal paperwork and what may be a good industry/niche/title to target for a Mid-west/West Coast based recruiter in the US.
    I really appreciate any advice.

    Thanks for sharing Kadz! Great vid. What skillset would you suggest to do this with within the Engineering/Manufacturing sector?
    First that springs to mind is a skilled machinist as it's a dying trade.

    Fantastic work brother, realty appreciate it. I messed up when trying to get started . I created a seperate linkedin account and gradually got a couple hundred connections but is now blocked because not allowed to have 2 accounts. I didn't want to use my personal one, which has a few work connections, any suggestions? Thanks

      @billcaan personally i would say mechanics is cold calling rather than cold email. Maybe main dealers you could cold email. As for candidates very cv search based

      huge market, but in all honesty I can't see why it would be bad. However I have very little... in fact no experience with attorney recruitment in the US
