"A man is only as valuable in your life as you perceive him to be." - best sentence I've ever heard and I consume a ton of personal development stuff. Thank you!! ☺

    1. A connection requires 2 people
    2. Giving is not draining yourself
    3. Everything will be fine (believe in the abundance of the universe)
    4. Focus on healing
    5. Look for simplicity and peace

I'm one of those "givers"...I stopped giving to my husband. It felt so strange to put myself first.

I know you may feel selfish and inconsiderate when you do it, but it's like breathing. If you only exhale and never take a breath for yourself, you'll end up running out of oxygen.

@@SaveTheMessengerHello, I want to ask you a question. Some male development leaders and red pillers say that men should always invest less emotionally in women compared to her. Otherwise, they say women become cold. Do you think this is true?

Healing and letting go of past hurts is HUGE!
And I love the idea of looking into each others eyes silently for 30 seconds.
Going to order “the power of now”.

Already feeling the sting from the first point, but so true! Lately I've been learning that I pour too much too quickly into men I'm interested in, and unwittingly take away the challenge for these guys.
"Let him invest in you" so true! Thank you for another amazing video!

Thank you Ismael. I love myself first but after I met some recently and found out his past trauma from his dad and ex-wife I went and became someone who prioritized his feelings. To make him feel secure in the relationship only to realise that no matter how many times he told me he loves me, he just couldn't trust someone else again not to abandon him. He can't even say I love you to himself and told me he is frightened of the person he has become. He let his past experiences get a hold of him instead of taking control of his life. Just a couple of days he dumped me and told me it would not work out.
After this experience, I must really stick with the fact that if a guy has unhealed issues especially trust issues, I should really let them be and not to engage. I will just end up getting hurt again. Because I became the chaser instead of being chased.

Ismael, you don`t only attract what you are, you also attract what you want. At least I do. 🤗
But you are right about the effort a guy puts into a woman.
My Aunt didn`t do anything for my Uncle or just the bare minimum, she didn`t care what he was doing and she didn`t care about his moods. She did her own thing always. She was such a detached and calm Queen until she died a few years ago.
My Uncle was crazy about her and he was never interessted in any other women, even though he looked incredibly good and many women were interessted in him. They have been married for over 40 years.

Thank you so much ❤ Tonight when I went grocery shopping, I was actually thinking that I may be alone for the rest of my life? Because I choose the wrong men who are not "available " in one way or another and now do I not trust any men at all? I'm fiercely independent so... I don't have an answer. Your video made a lot of sense; I subscribed as well! Even though I live alone I am a GIVER when I do love someone... ghosting from 2 guys I truly cared about occurred in the last 9 months; very painful emotionally. How do I trust a guy again with my heart?

Your videos really make sense to me when I imagine you're my Dad who's teaching me as a young woman. Unfortunately my relationships with Dad are pretty good but I didn't see an example of healthy and true male care neither from him to me, nor from him towards Mom. True love and care from a man is a new mysterious world for me. I used to think if a man wants to spend some time with me on any his terms then it's already enough for me to invest all my effort, to fall in love and feel guilty if I felt bad with him. I always make up an illusion for myself that a man is truly into me, while I have no real evidence of it.
Thank you for your content! I hope I will value my own self in the relationships someday not less than a man or the relationships itself.

I have to confess something. I am a mother, a wife, I have a job, ... and I MULTITASK A LOT. There is so little time, I just can't see any other option. To just wach a video, while the dishes are filthy, the clothes are unwashed, ... I do not feel comfortable about it. What would you recomend to a person in my situation? I understand, that we apparently if repeating multitasking become dopamine driven, but - how do you stop that vicious circle, when there is always just not enough time to do everything? If it weren't for multitasking, I would have never got to see any of your videos!
Anyway, now you know my secret sin. 😉 Thank you for your great videos and your super calming voice in them. 💛 My husband loves the results that are showing on me. 🙃

Ismael:) i have found your videos recently. What you saying in point number 5. is completely new for me and have never heard about it before - in the aspect of relationships. Commitment really starts with these nuances.. The part “looking into each others eyes for 30 minutes” made me feel like “ew i dont even wanna do this” BUT of course i am craving depth if i am thinking about my future relationship. What i am trying to say that there is always a special yet unexpected piece of advice in your videos that makes me reflect on myself, my mistakes and give me insights, so thank you! :))

Hey guys ,so I'm going through a very difficult situation.
Please help me with some advice. Hit some facts into me as I feel like my reasoning has been clouded. I can't explain it all.
Just that my fiancee loves his sisters more than me especially one of them. His love is shared and he treats me equally just as he treats them and it confuses me if this is normal or not . But I'm not happy about it. He gets them what he gets me and sometimes he does way more for them than me,like they're his woman and it feels abnormal and I feel disgusted.
He doesn't have a sense of individualism and no boundaries among his siblings.
I feel suffocated but I love him so much and I do not know what to do.

Hey i need advice. I found out a few days ago that my boyfriend of six months has been lying to me about a few things. Should i give him another chance? Or should i go with the saying "once a liar, always a liar"

@@Chess-ness may I give you my opinion, "once a liar, always a liar"
But also it depends but it doesn't mean that it's okay if he lies bec you should be in a healthy relationship so no lies,
You personally if you see that those lies matter you should face him and ask why and if he doesn't give you a clear answer so no chance

    I have question for you.
Does this counts as emotional affair? But keep in mind me and Morgan and Stephen have special needs i feel it not cheating we all got special needs i know it will never never having sex in my affair not never never so does sill counts as infidelity but only physical is hugging and holding hands no sex. It non sexual affair just emotional and physical affair without sex .
1 texting Stephen behind Morgan back
2 meeting upwith stephen behind morgan back
    3 laughing with Stephen
4 watching films with stephen behind morgan back
5 specking to Stephen on phone behind morgan back
6 hiding texts and deleting texts behind morgan back
7 telling Stephen i love him and miss him and i can't holding hands with him and watch my and favourite movie dinsey high school musical that got Zac efron and vanessa Hudgens in it.?
8 getting high school musical balloons with stephen?
Does this counts as emotional affair.
I ask my mum about it she stay it just cheating but what type of cheating would it be?
