Also, hes not turning fat to muscle you donut, he already has the muscle and now you can just see it as hes lost a lot of fat. During the cut he probably gained zero muscle or maybe lost some, he just looks better with lower bodyfat.

@@liambarrett2638 What the hell you on about mate, you're supposed to have a straight back as you contract your rectus abdominis and thus working your transversus abdominis to keep your back straight. It's like when people use the belts too, that isn't helping your tranversus abdominis since the belt is doing all the working to keep the back straight. In my opinion Ethan needs to focus on building up all 4 areas of his core before lifting heavy weights unless there are medical reason stopping him from doing so then by all means use the belt.

For those of you shitting on Ethan's form, it's actually harder the way he is doing it. He is actually contracting his core and tucking his butt inwards which causes his back to round slightly. Also notice the placement of Ethan's elbow is slightly more forward in comparison to JJ's so it's more strenuous on the abs.
