Love a good hot take! Unfortunately, we all just have to learn the hard way sometimes that a book someone else loves doesn't mean we will also love it! Some of my reads that let me down were red rising, the cruel prince, and once upon a broken heart!!

There's nothing quite like a hot take! I haven't read the first too but I get what you're saying about OUABH. I enjoyed it, but thought it was going to be so amazing and it was just fine lol the second one was much much better though!

Great video idea!! I feel like I mostly see people talking about their favorite books but not often do I see books they weren’t keen on, so a great change of pace!😄 this is also the second review I’ve heard on Iron flame not being a great read so thank you for stopping me before I pick that one up👀 keep up the great work and the great videos!! i totally understood the iron flame one! it felt like i was reading a couple different books that were just smashed into one, it was super busy with lots going on. i forget that xaden and violet were having to fly to each other and them creating a bigger resistance
was even part of the same book. however i will be continuing the series only because i curious to how the storyline will go, and i’ve already invested money into it, i will say i do have high hopes for the next book hoping yarros did some justice for the characters and book in general after iron flame, especially since she delayed onyx storms release date by another year.
