I would love to know what it is that he sings during the gregorian part. One of my favourite songs off one of my favourite albums of all time! Gazpacho have an eery beauty to them that no one else can hope to match!
Almost impossible to make it out, but some of Gazpacho's live performances have Russian text on the video screen behind the band. The translation of the text goes something like this: "Diseases were breaking apart (tearing apart) the best soldiers of the Red Army". Again, can't tell you if this is the same thing that the choir is singing, but there you go :)

It's not gregorian at all. It's russian orthodox male choir.
