WOW! That was some amazing dishes and food! Chinese food is the best food in the world and culinary! I LOVE chinese food!!! That fish curry looked absolutely wonderful. (I am soooo jealous.) I feel so inspired. I am trying to learn more about cooking South East Asian nowadays, and I really feel inspired by the dishes you were filming! Yesterday for lunch I made a fusion between Italian and South East Asian foods. For carbs, i had pasta (mezze maniche). And for the protein on the plate, I stir fried pork and then made it into a tomato sauce with lentils. I used one whole bird's eye chili and half a big red chilli. The dish came out amazing!!The best part was the bird's eye chilli and the red chilli (big smile!). I still have a lot left over since yesterday! Happy days for my freezer. Thank you, and one day I am gonna try to make a fish curry, I think!!!! The dish seemed AWE-SOME !!!!! Love and Peace from Sweden!!!!

Actually is stirred fried sweet potato leaves. It needs labour work to prepare it but i still like that dish cooked with sambal belacan (chilli sauce mixed with shrimp paste).
Every time you enjoy tasting the food, you will make the ho ho ho....sound. I like that Santa Claus coming to town trying all kinds of delicious local street food!

If Mark you are a durian lover, you must try MAO SAN WAN(the most famous durian in Malaysia) especially now is durian season . I just have some just now haha,feeling awesome ! Then I highly recommend you to have a Bak Kut Teh. It is so so so nice ! Dear Mark,Penang actually has a lot of delicious food. You can find out through the citizens :) How many days will you stay in Penang? (My English is not very well. Those were not potato leaves, which are highly toxic, like tomato leaves. They had to be sweet potato. Also, leaves and young stems of the morning glory, which is closely related to the sweet potato, are edible. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS, MARK!!!
Usually Penangist wont go there for lunch or dinner, unless we have visitors from other countries/states, bcuz its overprice, btw the roasted pork taste really nice !
