It's also sad that KOF Maximum Impact regulation A2 won't continue but I wish it did cuz it honestly surprises me how falcon literally confirm characters who were going to be playable in that game and Hotaru is one of them right off the bat. That's the reason why you fight Kim Dragon in South Korea in WH2 In World Heroes Perfect, he says: 'My mother is Korean and I often give concerts in Korea and my CDs sell as well as those in Hong Kong.' Besides being a film actor, he is also a famous singer. In WH1 he was just named Dragon but in WH2 ADK changed his name to Kim Dragon. Why? Probably to appeal to Korean fans (Kim is a very common korean surname) Neo Geo arcade machines were very popular in South Korea!
About the relationship between Axel and Michael Max; I always see people claiming that Axel trained Michael Max, but I'm honestly not sure about that. I heard from somewhere else that it was Michael who trained Axel. And in Axel's ending, it definitely looks like it's Michael who's training Axel.
