  • Make some fabric textile art with simple slow stitch and 3 pieces of fabric scraps. Using running stitch join the pieces together and then allow your imagination to take hold. What does the material tell you? Let it guide you along with your intuition to bring the design to life.

There is something almost magical about how your simple stitches have created cohesion between the fabrics. I especially like the narrow leaf you've stiched on the left, it really brings the whole thing together in my eyes.

I love it!! I'm always looking for new ways to make art, besides just drawing and painting. This has so much texture, variety... And no messy clean up.

Hi Tracy……I was wondering if you could make a video on how to make a slow-stitched fabric vessel / pot / basket , incorporating a few natural twigs or sticks …….a pc of “ woodsy art “ ……. .?
Watch you all the time. Thanks !
