One thing Failarmy has taught me, f*ck having steps outside your house.
what 99% of those step fails have in common is the people completely oblivious to the fact that they are frozen/wet/dodgy. A little awareness of your surroundings especially when transitioning from one space to another is pretty basic. Something these people can't figure out apparently.

And even assuming she didn't break her ankle off that impact, still looked very painful

It was the plastic dog leash.
I'm hard of hearing, so I didn't hear the crunch, but I definitely could tell by the bend that she probably broke it. That's an ER visit, orthopedist visit, casting, and physical therapy. I felt for her on that one.
