Sonny was a great singer for this style back in the day. Many producers in the Hip hop industry recognize him as one of the best drum producers out there. The electronic music scene has benefited greatly from his presence. He has unreal skill for creating music in the in all types of genres and bringing them together. Don't hate, appreciate. Just because he may not make the style of music you like anymore at least recognize him as a supremely talented individual that is able to diversify himself like few can.

Still happy to know I met & talked to the future “Skrillex”. Still listen to this album and it’s pretty much the only “screamo” that I ever listened to &/or enjoyed.

This hits differently now that I've lived. I used to listen to this when I was an emo kid back when I was 13 and so angsty and lonely and miserable. My whole school, and I mean the whole school would bully me. I come from a small village and being myself was literally a social suicide there but I never gave up on showing my true colors, my deepest shades of black. I would listen to this music so loud imagining that I screamed every word back at my bullies. And now I'm at peace with myself I'm 28 and I'd given up on this music and now I'm falling in love with it again but it's bittersweet. Makes me cry really. But now that I've lived a little the words mean even more and it's a powerful experience. When no one understands you, music will.

Bro why didn’t we believe our parents when they said we were lucky to be our age in high school? Before all the real world problems. If I could go back I would live in the moment. FFTL was my favorite band. Saw them in concert in 2006 🥺. I was about to graduate at that time and was having the time of my life partying and skateboarding with long hair 😂 I thought I was the next best thing since sliced bread. All the girls Liked us skateboarders. Wow, life was so simple and amazing. This song is Nostalgia at its finest.

I remember hanging with Sonny and the guys after their shows in the parking lot of tiny venues in '07 in Boise, would catch them every chance I got! Years later my buddy would tell me Skrillex was Sonny's new project... crazy how life plays out sometimes! Still hits just as hard now as it did back then! One of the best bands I've experienced live!
