This is freaking weird, man. A few days ago it leaked. Then the crazy eBay showing. Now ROBO gets it mailed to him “anonymously?” Is it an inside job by Hasbro maybe forcing Target’s hand? A Target employee who’s gonna finally bring this house of cards down?! This is gonna be fun but not for us collectors as usual
The whole rollout of this figure is just weird. First no mention of it in Hasbro's livestream last week. Then it leaked on eBay for an ungodly price, and now Robo mysteriously getting a figure in his P.O. Box. Great job Hasbro marketing team, this rollout was a slam dunk.
Until I can get the Classified Baroness, and her cycle, without dealing with eBay scalpers...it's a big F to Hasbro. And if Hasbro keeps going with the Classified exclusives at Target, then the entire Classified line can crash and burn.

This to me it is not acceptable, there is no way I could get away with that kind of thing in my work and keep my job. Put a bid out to other distributors telling them what you are looking for and let them fight for your business.

This is an instant must have for me. Major Blood was one of my favorites. But he's a Target exclusive so that's that. At least until they rectify that situation.
Those cylinders on the front are probably speed loaders or moon clips. They house the Bullets and make it way faster to reload a Revolver since you load them all at once instead of one by one.

The longer robot arm is such a fun detail. Its a shame how much love and care is put into these Joe figures but how little is put into the distribution and release of them.

I was shocked when I went to my local Target yesterday and found.....13!!!! 13!!! Major Bludds on the shelf. I freaked out!! I got one for me and one each for my two friends. It was amazing to see that many!! Hasbro really did mean it when they said more would be sent to stores. Now I have hope to get Beachhead and Firefly. 🤞

This is basically a shrunken version of the 12" Sideshow Collectibles Major Bludd from 2013, from the design of the body armour down to the giant revolver.
The cylinders on his belt are Coin Dispensers. He works at an Arcade from 1992. Gotta feed the Mortal Kombat machine. Though since he is evil, they probably dispense tokens, not quarters, and you only get three for a dollar.

From this figure being a target exclusive, to the announcement that the star wars black series clone wars line also being a target exclusive, I'm pretty much on the verge of giving up on hasbro as a whole as an international collector. It's easier for me to find people selling Hot Toys for more reasonable markups than hasbro man

I'm so glad I didn't get into this line. I can't imagine the frustration of trying to find essential figures like Firefly, Cobra Viper and Major Bludd of all things. My Target doesn't even have a spot for GI Joe.

The Fwoosh - This is a great review of the Major Bludd figure. Bludd is the most underrated / under character developed Cobra in the story. You can really see that here in this figure. When you look at it, a new comer to GI Joe would think this was Cobra’s super soldier; the Winter Soldier of GI Joe. This sculpted really looks it. Now we need a whole new character development/back story to match how awesome this figure is. Instead of some Australian who wrote bad rap bars, Let’s start with: “ after a fatal accident, to preserve the tactical and strategic genius that is Sebastian Bludd Destro rebuilt him as part of MARS’s Super Soldier program.
It frustrates me that hey include less stuff with the general release. I hate the feeling of having to accept a subpar figure when the better ones should be available. It's ridiculous that they make customers work so hard to get their products.
$20 dollar Target exclusive $60 ebay exclusive. We should let all the Target employees and scalpers buy them and let them sit on it. No one buy scalper merchandise and force these people to get a real job. Hasbro might get the hint and sell all these figures as basic figures and make store exclusives the same figures but with extra accessories or a two pack. Collector's unite! Love you Fwoosh.

I found this guy once at target before I started collecting the line and almost got him cause the figure looks so damn cool, and now I'm kicking myself cause I didn't. I've found a few on ebay for like $30 ($35 with shipping) which isn't too bad.

Starting to wish review sites would stop promoting the line until something changes (even if they are sent free product) I know they would lose watches/revenue; but maybe it would send a message. Hell: if Hasbro would even talk about the issue it would help.
What would that even do? People being bored and buying up anything even remotely collectible because they're stuck at home and too low production runs is why this line is such a mess, not reviews.
You're right, I think that too. I see a lot of figure reviewer on youtube complaining about exclusives and how hard they're to find but they always end up with all the figures in their collection by any means. Us (just poor viewer!) on the contrary have to struggle to have them or just have to give up. They should "all" stop talking about these figures in solidarity for their viewers. Or in interviews with hasbro or neca... youtubers never talk clearly about these exclusives problems
I kinda like the right hand side to side articulation for pistols and the left (sword hand in many cultures) with articulation that allows for pointing melee weapons. Compared to MOTU Origins, Classified is lightyears ahead on wrist articulation, weapon grip, hand sculpts in general...
The Island in LOST is easier to find than cobra Island figures.

No hate for Robo but, HOW? HOW? HOW? This hasn't even been released yet period. Glad someone respectable (Robo) got one but again HOW? I would understand if Hasbro gave a great channel the first one to hype it up but I don't think this is the case. Someone at Hasbro needs to be fired though. Someone or someone they work closely with is an eBay scalper.
I know you said someone sent it to you via P.O. Box but HOW they get it? I been blasting Hasbro about that eBay scalper.

Happy for you Robo. Less stress now to find yourself one. Great review as always. I'm just so frustrated with this line. Not only collecting it for myself but my 8 year old nephew. I was so happy seeing him play with the few I could find for him.

I'm so glad I didn't get into this line. I can't imagine the frustration of trying to find essential figures like Firefly, Cobra Viper and Major Bludd of all things. My Target doesn't even have a spot for GI Joe.

The Fwoosh - This is a great review of the Major Bludd figure. Bludd is the most underrated / under character developed Cobra in the story. You can really see that here in this figure. When you look at it, a new comer to GI Joe would think this was Cobra’s super soldier; the Winter Soldier of GI Joe. This sculpted really looks it. Now we need a whole new character development/back story to match how awesome this figure is. Instead of some Australian who wrote bad rap bars, Let’s start with: “ after a fatal accident, to preserve the tactical and strategic genius that is Sebastian Bludd Destro rebuilt him as part of MARS’s Super Soldier program.
It frustrates me that hey include less stuff with the general release. I hate the feeling of having to accept a subpar figure when the better ones should be available. It's ridiculous that they make customers work so hard to get their products.

$20 dollar Target exclusive $60 ebay exclusive. We should let all the Target employees and scalpers buy them and let them sit on it. No one buy scalper merchandise and force these people to get a real job. Hasbro might get the hint and sell all these figures as basic figures and make store exclusives the same figures but with extra accessories or a two pack. Collector's unite! Love you Fwoosh.

Agree, stop supporting scalpers, and call out all the youtubers who complain about scalpers, then support them so they can get an early review! (I know robo doesn't do this)

I found this guy once at target before I started collecting the line and almost got him cause the figure looks so damn cool, and now I'm kicking myself cause I didn't. I've found a few on ebay for like $30 ($35 with shipping) which isn't too bad.

Starting to wish review sites would stop promoting the line until something changes (even if they are sent free product) I know they would lose watches/revenue; but maybe it would send a message. Hell: if Hasbro would even talk about the issue it would help.
They talk, but it's all just nebulous platitudes with no specifics. Reminds me of the old ToyBiz Marvel Legends days.
What would that even do? People being bored and buying up anything even remotely collectible because they're stuck at home and too low production runs is why this line is such a mess, not reviews.
You're right, I think that too. I see a lot of figure reviewer on youtube complaining about exclusives and how hard they're to find but they always end up with all the figures in their collection by any means. Us (just poor viewer!) on the contrary have to struggle to have them or just have to give up.
They should "all" stop talking about these figures in solidarity for their viewers.
Or in interviews with hasbro or neca... youtubers never talk clearly about these exclusives problems

I kinda like the right hand side to side articulation for pistols and the left (sword hand in many cultures) with articulation that allows for pointing melee weapons. Compared to MOTU Origins, Classified is lightyears ahead on wrist articulation, weapon grip, hand sculpts in general...
