People often talk about resale value, etc. I love that she said it was her forever home, drilled holes, put up kitty fabric, etc. I love that she helps build/design cob homes. National park passes do not run January to January. If you buy it in November it’s good until next November, you’ll get a full 12 months on it vs. a state park pass that is good January to January. If you buy a state pass in March, it still expires in December.
