I always loved Dee! She was always my favorite character. She was never the wicked stepmother that Moesha claimed she was.

Dee was the real hero of the story they way she accepted Franks past moesha and dorian attitudes and miles substance abuse

The only part I didn’t like was when she sold mo mom stuff
Well she wasn't perfect. She was quick to blame Moesha for using weed when it was Miles and it wasn't right when she sold the late mom's stuff.
Fam it ALWAYS used to annoy me in shows when the characters barely ate their food and then got up to throw it away 😭

For filming purposes. If they have half a plate in one scene but the next scene its a full plate and they hadn't been shown to get more then it looks weird
Brandy played the role of Moesha so well that some till this day refer to her as Moesha. It's great that even this show created a spin off with The Parkers. What is great about these particular sitcoms are the lessons you learn in each episode. But still want to know why the show ended abruptly...true or correct?

@njyawndra8609 right! Hell they got pretty tight over the course of the show. Heck, when Frank's secret was revealed Dee was the only parent she would even speak to for a while.
The breakfast looks good . Loved this show and Miles was hilarious
I know it's a legal situation but I hate how Netflix doesn't include the original background music from certain parts of episodes. Really takes away the memories

Moesha was a huge part of the 90s black tv royalty along with Martin, Living Single, In Living Color, Fresh Prince, A Different World, The Parkers, The Steve Harvey Show, Family Matters, The Jamie Foxx Show, Wayans Bros, Sister, Sister, and Smart Guy. But then again, these shows ended up being enjoyed by all races just because they were good shows. We definitely don't have this anymore.

Yeah her biological mother died. Not sure what from but she does feel like Dee is trying to take her place even though that's not the case but Moesha is a teen missing her mother so it's understandable why she thinks like this
