My oldest sibling lives in ocoee Tennessee!!! It’s more like sierra river vibes a lot of rafting and kayaking! The home prices are better out there as well

Rookie mistake!
When I knew I was going to move, months before I started going through every room, every drawer , every shirt to see if I wanted to take it with me to the next place. If I didn’t . I made a throw away / donate pile. I got my items down to fit into a sedan. When I realized I wanted new furniture. I shopped and didn’t purchase until I had my keys . For everything except my new mattress! I scheduled it to be delivered the day I got my keys . Everything else arrived one week later. I threw away and drove to goodwill while still at my old place. This made me moving in 3 hours time. ❤

Why would you repaint? Renting or selling makes no sense to repaint people will buy or rent regardless. Clean it out and call it a day

I thought you had to live in your house for two years before you can rent it out?
It depends in the loan I believe. I know it could be as little as 6 months
No to sell to avoid large tax payment you must wait two years but for renting doesn’t matter because technically their mortgage payment is going to be paid by their tenant and they’ll have a paper trail seems like they rented thru a company.
