She will be watching over her beloved Koko mom, Aunt Moko and her younger brother Mokoichi in heaven.

Captive chimps wow
This group of Chimps have endured some hardships the last few years! Mokoichi being taken away from his Mama Moko for over a year now due to his condition of him being a Dwarf Chimp! Poor lil Natsumu RIP, Mokoichi's big sister died! She was unable to walk due to some Hip deformity! Yet these Chimps persist the best they can! Happy as they can be, they make the most out of what they have! Chimps Waste Nothing! I never understood WHY they separated Mokoichi from the others, especially his Mama! He's Always been small! He's Alway's gonna be small! He's doing Fine! Let the lil guy be what he is, a Chimp! Just a small Chimp! 🙂 The ONLY limitations Mokoichi knows, are those imposed by Man! Besides what Mans done to him, and what Mans kept him from doing; Mokochi is a Normal small Chimp! He's completely unaware of any Handicap imposed on him by Nature or Man! I think Mokoichi is an AWESOME Chimp! 🙂
Yes, Mokoichi is small and had to live separately from his mama to treat his illness.
But he will be able to return to his mama.
When that day comes, I will go to see him again.
Natsumu will be watching over him in heaven.
Today is Moko mama's 22nd birthday!!☺️

Poor things they are so bored...I hope they have an outside area to enjoy and it's a shame there are other litguys for him to play with...such a sad life.

I've never seen them outside of a cage. It's heartbreaking!
Tama zoo does it right, at least they have a nice outdoor area, the group is pretty big, and they all look pretty healthy - unlike another certain zoo that recently had a baby chimp death (far too many things to list wrong, it looks like hell, and all the chimps look terrible!!!)
