And it itches and burns and it feels like something thick is sticking on ur head. Sometimes it itches so much it sends shivers down your spine. It bleed. U have to use fuckin gels and lotions and oils on ur scalp regularly yall so lucky
💯 so many people suffer with this and it’s hardly ever spoken about by professionals who can help. I mean this can be so painful, annoying af and time consuming in trying to treat and control it, so more needs to be made on it for sure
@@mirudane i usually use a medicated shampoo, leave it in for 30 minutes before i shower, and use tea tree shampoo and conditioner in the shower. if you want other details just ask
@@l3gendaryz632 I don't use anything else, idk if that'd good or bad. my dermatologist prescribed me something for red patches when they itch like hell
Psoriasis comes back thicker when you remove it so you should NOT do this. I have psoriasis so I know how it feels to want to remove it but you really shouldn’t
Salty water massage to the scalp, leave for 5-10 minutes, wash. Home remedy, my teenage boy has a bad scalp condition, so, it worked straight away. Nizoral or ointments didn't help.
Yep, it's called Auspitz Sign. Worst part of it, like she says, is that it's just making things worse and opening that wound leaves it to be infected, besides.
I know this is a UA-cam short and you cannot elaborate on this condition, Dr Idriss but it is important to bring awareness to this condition. Psoriasis is an autoimmune condition. I've had it for the past 16 years and dermatologists kept prescribing steroid creams and coal tar shampoos, but it kept getting worse. On top of that, it's incurable so you either continue using steroid creams all your life (and those don't come without side effects) or succumb to the condition that can have a massive impact on your life. The best thing I did to keep my psoriasis under control was get on oral meds (Otezla) and cut out dairy and grains from my diet and also limit nightshade veggies and sugar. It's important to bring awareness to psoriasis being auto immune and stop just throwing steroid creams at people without trying to calm down the immune system, which is basically like trying to put out a forest fire with a water bottle. Yes it's not ideal or recommended to pick at scalp psoriasis but I've had it where I would get severe headaches after taking a shower because the psoriasis on my scalp would tighten and kinda stretch my skin and the only thing that relieved it is to remove the patches (in a more gentle way than the person in this video does it). I know dermatologists say "it'll make it worse", but if I'm gonna be living with this for all my life, I'm gonna need to relieve that itch and discomfort every now and again.
This is 100% true. This is exactly what I’ve been doing for the past year after battling with steroid withdrawal symptoms. It’s never going to go but it’s the perfect way of managing psoriasis
YOU try living with an entire scalp covered in scales and then tell me not to do something. I'm sure she added hydrocortisone and possibly a Rx strength cream by her doctor like I do. But sometimes when washing and scrubbing aren't doing it and the itch is killing you and it's begging to really show and you've got flakes flying everywhere when you brush....it's time to do something! If you've never experienced this kind of psoriasis then you'll just never ever know!!😢
@@RockJack-cs6vu thanks. But I don't eat red meat at all nor do I smoke or drink. I'm practically vegetarian aside from seafood and occasionally chicken and every now and then but very rarely ill eat pork.
Please get to a rheumatologist and get on a biologic now. You don't deserve to suffer like this. Please go now. There are even financial programs if you need it.
Mine thank god was never this severe, but i also struggle with seb derm, and I was using steroids for years consistently, and i never got to a point where i could successfully ween off them, i had to use them all over my scalp every 2-3 days or i’d bleed and have massive dime-sized flakes all over. However my latest and greatest solution is double shampooing with two shampoos that have different active ingredients specifically targeting seb derm. I use Nizoral first, and then follow it with Sebcur, letting each one sit for 5 mins on the scalp. Nizoral has ketoconazole which kills the yeast that my scalp reacts to, and sebcur has coal tar which treats the inflammation from the yeast reaction, as well as salicylic acid to exfoliate the dead skin cells that develop rapidly. If i want to be gentler on my hair, i’ll switch out Nizoral for Head and Shoulders, but either way this has replaced my need for constant steroids and has worked 100x better with longer lasting results
I have seb derm and I have double shampooed pretty much my whole life. Round 1 is an anti dandruff shampoo, second one is whatever non drying shampoo I feel like using next. I also never go longer than a couple of days without shampooing. People always say shampooing too often is bad but they don't know our struggle!
Ive dealt with years of flare ups from a very poor diet as a kid and noticed especially from dairy and wheat products and stress. Get lots of vitamin D, both SOL (natural sunlight) and quality sourced gelcaps. Oily fish omegas as well. It completely relieved mine. Since I was 15. I'm now 55 and keeping it at bay naturally.
I know this video is older but I would LOVE to see more psoriasis content from you to help educate your wide follower base--I thought I had dandruff and toenail fungus for years and suffered so much, turns out it was scalp and nail bed psoriasis!! I never bothered going to a foot doc because I couldn't afford it and I was so ashamed of how gross my toenails looked. If I had known that nail bed psoriasis can look very similar to standard toenail fungus, I would've gotten medicine and also would have caught my psoriatic arthritis and gotten diagnosed much sooner. Thank you for all that you do
Wow, that is bad. She's hurting herself. 😱 In our derm clinic we used special salicylic acid products to reduce the plugs and dandruff caused by psoriasis, also steroids, different ointments and/or biologica, depending how bad the psoriasis was.
Nizoral and head &shoulders works best, but are drying the hair. Make sure to use conditioner or other haircare. Avoiding Stress and procecced food helps, too. And go to a dermatologist
I have eczema on my scalp and sometimes I do this, but pls don’t, it bleeds and then it scabs and it hurts to brush your hair and the scabbing just bothers you even more
I don't do this, but sometimes it itches so bad that I end up scratching too hard. I've found that pine tar shampoo and conditioner does the trick to calm it down.
@@HayDawg530 they discontinued it. I am using the brand True + Real. I found it on Amazon and it had good reviews. Seems to work alright for me. But yes the Neutrogena one was the best.
I would love for a video about sebhorreic dermatitis and scalp psoriasis. I just had a biopsy on my scalp done and I have SD and can't control it with anything i'm always super irritated
I have had it for years and in just a few weeks it is going away. Eat a diet of only fruits and veggies (avoid processed foods completely), take burdock root, vitamin d (check to see if you are deficient because it can cause problems if you overdose) and calcium. The creams don’t eliminate the problem. You have to address and solve the problem. After a month or so I expect it to be completely gone

In the situation you can’t just leave all the dried skin and stuff in your hair, so I get why they use lice combs however I would use the plastic ones rather than the metal ones because the metal ones are sharp and can really tear an already sensitive, injured scalp up fast
Plastic ones scratch just as bad but also bend and won't pull the scales thru the hair just like it wouldn't get lice. It has to be able to take a lot of pressure. And plastic ones tend to break.
I used to have this... or something similar and it was the grossest feeling ever. I washed my hair and at the end of the day id have crusty scalpy scabs all over. My hair got oily soooo quickly from the oozing. Im finally normal now & ill never complain about my scalp ever.
You're "normal" now? Man I sure would like to know your secrets to the magical cure of normalcy 😅. So how did you solve this dilemma? What product/s did you use to get rid of it? Are you sure it was psoriasis you had and not something much easier to get rid of,cuz I have a really bad case of psoraris aka this girls problem and it's not as simple of ridding myself of it as I've tried many things so far already so what'd you use exactly that did the trick? Pls share as my poor dry burning scalp is begging to know? 🤔🤗
I'm 22 years old, struggling with very severe scalp psoriasis, and it's spreading all over my head, maintaing hair is became very difficult. So should I go Bald, if any chance it will help with my psoriasis care???
I have scalp psoriasis and mine was really bad. No amount of shampoo or sprays or creams helped. Even did steroid injections into the scalp. Also tried the pill Otezla which did nothing. The final resort was biologics and after two weeks on Skyrizi everything completely disappeared 🥲 my hair never recovered 100%, I lost a lot of hair while trying to find something that worked. But alteast chunks of my hair are no longer missing and looking at me, you wouldn't think anything was wrong. I do miss my thicker hair though. The psoriatic arthritis is now the new battle.
So, I have a question for the dermatologist… I had severe psoriasis from around the age of 11 to my mid to late 20’s and then it just went away. Have you ever heard of this happening?
I'm not a doctor or anything but I do have this problem but um .... Did you perhaps have loads of stress and then got rid of it by that age or did you have a specific diet of food you ate and then changed it suddenly or were your born with this like I was? Certain food changes to your diet can help it not flare up as badly so it's not something you can really "cure" forever and just rid yourself of it but you can treat it to ease the pain so I highly doubt it went away completely but the pain probably only temporarily feels like its gone. So maybe you changed your diet and that's why it doesn't feel as bad or maybe your using certain hair products that helped or maybe you had stress but then didn't anymore and that helped cuz stress can certainly cause it as well as genetics and dry weather and or hot water/blow-dryers/ chemicals so maybe something to do with any of that? Just a hypothesis though? Did you start or stop using certain products or foods or stop blow-drying your hair? It really depends because I've always had this since I was a baby cuz I had cradle cap which can develop into this and it was manageable more when I was a child but got worse as I grew up and flared more often so perhaps you did something over your life that changed it maybe you moved? Did you perhaps ever move from a specific state to another whilst you went from a child to an adult cuz certain weather and seasons and the air can be a big reason for the cause of this cuz like i said dry weather causes skin to be more sensitive, dry, flaky, itchy yk. Do you live in a moderately temperatured place maybe? Cuz cold weather is the most harmful to this condition but also extreme heat maybe it calmed down from normal temperature and weather or something of the sort? 🤷🏽♀️
Yes. This happened to me. I had it from the age of 2 to 7. If your psoriasis doesn't show on your skin anymore it's a good sign. The same happened to me. It means is inactive and after ten years or so it usually means you won't get it again. Even if it remains in your body you won't have to deal with little crusts on skin. That doesn't mean you are fully cured though 🙏☦️
I had COVID that lasted around 10 days. At first, I believed I was ok until I started to lose more hair than normal. Following some research, I am realizing it’s from the stress my body went through during that time period and also the shampoo that I was using. So I began doing yoga and meditation everyday and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And now I don't face any hair fall. Thanks for this video! I'm feeling so much better.
I suffered like this with scabby patches of dandruff in my head for a long time. I tried different prescribed shampoos and creams for a while to no avail. What I found was peeling the entire dandruff off as she did in the video and then lathering pure cocunut oil onto the scalp helped in stopping the scalp from rescabbing. Has to be pure cocunut oil though, the one thats hard and melts in your hands. Hope this helps someone. ❤
Oh well sorry you can't stomach the thought to merely "LOOK" at this "stuff" which btw is referred to as scalp psoriasis but people in our every day lives have this (myself included really bad mind you) and it's not like it's a picnic to have it you can't stand to look at it but why don't you try actually having it then you'd be screaming in pain from severe burns and being left with nothing but a dry itchy gross flaky white patchy mess growing on your scalp burning your head as if you were Hades the God of the underworld himself with blazing fire atop your head and then come back to me and complain about you not being able to simply look at it. It may be gross to look at sure especially if you're like me and a lot of other people like me who have it but who cares about the gross aspect when the pain is so much worse. Be thankful you don't have this problem and grateful for your normal stress free "perfect" scalp that you have because people like me have to deal/feel and actually touch and look at this gross disgusting crap everyday of our life's and it's not like we even asked for it cuz i sure didn't. I'm not being mean just how did you even end up here if you don't even have this? 🤷🏽♀️
Steroids made things bad for me, could you recommend shampoos and stuff? Like for normal use, every time you wash your hair cause at this point I don't know what to use anymore. Maybe do a video about scalp and face, body psoriasis. I think a lot of people would appreciate it ❤
Noxeral shampoo has helped so much ,but also only washed onlt once a week as water to ofter used really makes worse..only use conditioner at very ends not near scalp.also blow-dry hair fully.if flareup Noxerol dk over the counter cream thats not steroid. This worked, only see a little flaking near scalp but no reddness
I use T-sal and t-gel, i have to switch between multiple shampoos, I use cetaphil lotion for my body(and on my scalp when i run out of my prescription medicated lotion) hopefully this helps
I had psoriasis when I was a teen and it was as bad as this lady's scalp. Also on my elbows and knees. It was auto immune related and connected to my liver not functioning as it should. When family members who had psoriasis were taking cortisone my mother took me to a homeopath. A brilliant one. The treatment had its basis on some American studies even though I'm in Africa 😂. I had a very strict diet for about 2 years coupled with homeopathic drops I drank with water and topical treatment. 20 years later I'm still all clear and I have very small flare ups when I don't watch my diet . I've seen some cases where pharmaceuticals work just as well. My heart breaks when I watch this video. Psoriasis can be debilitating.
I had a bad gallbladder when I was pregnant with my son in 2019 I had him in dec and the last half of my pregnancy my elbows got bad and bled and my feet did too..I never knew what it could have been..I'm going to make a dermatologist appt tomorrow morning thanks so much for your comment I figured after 4.5yrs it wouldn't go away id have to live with it thank soo much obhave hope now
I really want to get skincare but I have psoriasis like my dad and granddad on both sides of my nose and under it so I can’t use anything with sanitizer, toners, anything with added scent or perfumes, etc. that crosses out most skincare brands for me. But whenever I’m at a sleepover with a friend, my skincare routine takes just as long as theirs!😭
As someone who's had really bad eczema on my scalp, its literally a nightmare because you cant treat it with lotions and balms like you would on any other spot on your body. Picking at your scalp becomes addicting, what eventually only worsens the situation.
I was just on the original video on tiktok she replied to one of the comments with a video and then i clicked on it. She stated that its just naked skin and it doesn't hurt. She also said that if you keep on picking on it, it will be painful. Also stated that in the shower it will tingle.
Yk that girl could still go to the hospital and they may not be able to do a darn thing to help her after all I would know speaking from experience (specifically recently when I just went like a month ago to the hospital and yk what they did, they gave me the same darn medicated shampoo they gave me last time and I literally told them it didn't work but they didn't care and gave me it again anyway to keep trying it to see improvement but it didn't do a darn thing for me) granted I still haven't been to an actual "dermatologist" only a frickin normal doctor apparently even though I waited 3 months thinking I was gonna see a hair skin dermatologist doctor and not some everyday one but they only give you a crappy medical shampoo and it barely even works especially depending on how bad your scalp problems are then it doesn't do a damn thing like with me. It is painful but most people like this girl and me and others have to live with this pain for the rest of our lives and there's nothing that can really solve it only ease the pain a tad bit, the bleeding and scabs go away as I've done stuff like this girl has in the video B4 and pulled out pieces with my brush or my hand of flaky dry patches and sure it burns and scabs and bleeds for a while but all you can really do is use one of the specific psoraris shampoos and hope for the best and try not to pick at it and even then sometimes it feels better taking some pieces out of your scalp and if you had this you'd understand why some of us who have it do this exact thing and it's not so simple as just going to the doctor to cure all our problems magically, it doesn't work that way but I sure wish it did otherwise I would've gladly gotten rid of this problem ages ago when I was but a wee child but some people are born with this condition especially if you had "cradle cap" as a baby then it can develop into psoraris or other skin problems I even got lucky and developed eczema once I was 19 and now I got multiple skin problems sometimes it only gets worse sadly. Maybe she has it badly like I do and the scalp is the worst place you can possibly have these types of problems because the hair gets in the way and it's harder to solve than anywhere else on the skin. But yeah trust me it's definitely painful and stays with you till your dead, whoopee! 😅💁🏽♀️😓
I mean, you can use those steroids and the ones at the doctor give you but it doesn’t help. immune suppressant are the only thing that’s ever helped me and I’ve had it over 60% of my body covered
@@RockJack-cs6vuUm not everyone can stop just eating meat and or eggs if they like eating that plus that stuff gives you protein. I don't think that's the perfect solution to this specific problem. 😅
I'm sure she isn't purposely trying to let it get this bad but it kinda can't be helped because of certain people having it worse than others because of genetics, other etc reasons, or just merely being unlucky in life I'm sure she'd fix it if she could for all you know she could still be or is using a product/shampoo but it just isn't effective enough for her specific scalp issues. I would know from experience it's hard to find the right product depending on your symptoms and how badly you have something and blah blah blah yk the rest it's just not that easy and not every product made for psoriasis will work on everyone as people have different products that help them that dont help others. I have this myself and also have it this bad and even i use products and have been searching since my childhood for the one that works the best and still have yet to find the "perfect" solution to my problem but haven't so maybe she hasn't either. Plus the extreme heat like in the summertime and or extremely dry weather like in winter it does not help with this scalp problem so even when using a shampoo and doing everything in your power to ease the pain it can still flake up despite trying your darndest to rid yourself of it and again speaking from experience sadly. Sadly I don't think this was for "effect" whatever that's suppose to imply that looks very real as my scalp has looked exactly like that sometimes even worse than hers so trust me when I say who the EFF would fake something like that awful gross burning flaky crap? 🤷🏽♀️😑
And she had the nerve to post the video stating that she spoke with her trichologist or a dermatologist and they said that it's completely fine everything she's telling us; meanwhile she's bleeding at her scalp. You are not supposed to pick at your psoriasis or your scalp if you do do so it's supposed to be lubricated with an oil, grease or water
I have psoriasis as well. So everyone points out my dandruff and pimples. The doctor said I'll be vitiligo as well. Im happy its getting more recognized
I have dermatitis and it didn't show until I was in my 30's. Bad thing was the very first place it showed was my manhood wanna talk about a panic . Then my head ears and anywhere I grow lots of hair. Went ti dermatologist he diagnosed it I have a prescription shampoo and cream and a few other things I do inbetween.
Having fought psorasis for many years, please go to a rheumatologist. I was diagnosed with psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and asa. Now at 72, I have been blessed with lupus. I take a biologic, simponia aria. It is a miracle no more plac psoriasis. My skin is clear. Please protect not only your skin but your joints too,and your internal organs like your heart, kidneys, lungs, thyroid and other organs. Auto immune diseases are treatable not curable but treatment helps so much 😊🎉❤
Ok for one it's a girl you silly goose and two sorta it's dry flaky patchy white skin that forms on your scalp when your skin is extremely dry and can be caused by genetics meaning passed down from family, weather like specifically winter or sometimes even the summer of its extremely dry and or oily and moisturey or whatever and also stress as well can cause it but it does crack and bleed and burn a lot spesh depending on how badly you have it but if you have the skin form on your scalp even if it may look like it hurts when taking it off sometimes it kinda helps because when leaving it sometimes it feels like a really heavy dry itchy rock on your scalp and taking it off feels a lil lighter and as long as you take it off gently and not touch your scalp afterwards and wash your hair with proper products then it should sorta help. It's just an excess layer of dry skin so not actually like the "skin" skin just so yk. 😅🤗
So what are you suppose to do about the scaled if not remove them? They make your head itch so bad, the thicker the worse it itches! I pull mine out too, not with a comb like that an I know that had to burn! Also, removing scales, can it cause your psoriasis to spread??
You can use a shampoo called T-gel with coal tar or the shampoo I use is called SEBCUR it works like magic no prescription needed please try !!!! I used to try everything until this shampoo is sooooo magical even after one use !!!!
I have been struggling with this condition for 2 years now. I’ve tried every medicated shampoo in every store in my country. Can you please share what ingredients can help treat this and which ones to avoid? It get worse when I’m stressed too.
I have scalp psoriasis and this HURTS me to watch. The raw burning itching that comes from any of the flakes being removed or scratched off or rubbed away in the shower…..omg this HAD to leave her scalp IN PAIN. My psoriasis was triggered dbt my first pregnancy mildly, and after my second it’s come on more moderately….face brows and cheeks….as well as scalp. It runs in my family, but mine is on my face, whereas my other family members is just in their scalp mildly. It’s beginning to truly affect my self esteem and I’m very self conscious about it. Even to my boyfriend of 5 years, and he’s my childrens father too, so he’s been here through the before and now after.
Imagine having both eczema AND scalp psoraris. (Like me for example) 😅😩😬🥳😓 I have eczema but only on my ears probably got it from the scalp problems and it probably spread for all I know. I've had scalp issues since I was born but had only got eczema at 19 when my hair really started to flare up who knows COVID mighta had something to do with that with all the stress and sadness that took over me at the time in my life so eh. I literally have it just as bad as her it was kinda easy as a child but only progressively got worse over time so who the frick knows. Just be glad you only have eczema and that it's a lot more treatable than this is cuz I've lived a whole 22 years on this earth and have still yet to find a solution to my poor scalp and only developed yet another skin problem while in the process of aging to add to my list of problems so, "yay me!" I guess. 😂🙈😭
Unfortunately I had this as a child but thankfully never did this to my scalp. Instead used psoriasis creams on my body and scalp. It's been inactive for over ten years now and the thankfully my psoriasis was active for only 6 years. Jesus loves you my psoriasis people 🙏☦️😊
I was taking medicine for like 2 months and now it got better but , now I'm thinking to go for ayurvedic medicines because it has no side effects and it can cure it , i have read many comments and reviews about ayurvedic medicines . So I'm thinking to take ayurvedic medicines. I'll let you know after my condition gets better. Btw i have got scalp psoriasis
I have this on my scalp too and also eczema on my ears only and I agree it feels like there is no cure to really get rid of it entirely but there is some solutions to ease the pain or get rid of most of it kinda like coconut oil or some other oils I think that are for hair and also specific medicated shampoos. I have tried many things but so far the one that works the best as least for me anyways I'm not guaranteeing it'll work for you but you can certainly try. It's called "DERMAREST MEDICATED PSORARIS SHAMPOO" in a white bottle with a pink/red/orangey colored label and I found it at Walmart it might also be at Sally's too or other hair places or online if you can't find it in person. That's all I really can suggest or you can perhaps go to a dermatologist to have them recommend you shampoos or prescribe you a medicated shampoo that can specifically help according to your specific needs and your specific scalp. It is a very hard burden to carry specifically when it's on your scalp but sadly it's just something we gotta live with and all I can say is maybe change your diet to whatever helps ease the pain and doesn't make it flare up the pain, don't blowdry your hair if you do dry your hair then air dry it (it's what I do as hot dry air is bad for the scalp and this specific condition) when washing your hair in the shower or sink or whatever try to use cold or lukewarm water at least and not hot water as anything hot will worsen the burning and pain, be careful of products you use in your hair like hairspray or other things like if it has chemicals which aren't good for this problem so try to use more natural earthy hippie products preferably. Don't brush hair so hard so it softly especially if it's scabbed up and really burns then pls dont brush too hard. When washing your hair also keep in mind not too wash your hair very often I know it may sound dirty to say "don't wash your hair often!" But trust me don't because as much as you may think the more you wash the more clean and pretty it'll be then no that's not the case the more you wash your hair the more dry it'll become or whatever so wash it like maybe 2 days a week not everyday and stuff, if you have this problem then know that the worst time it can possibly flare up is all dependent of the weather/season so the winter is when this problem gets the worst so def use products mostly in the cold dry weather but in some instances extreme heat like the summer time can also be extremely drying to the scalp and skin cuz like I said heat like water and or air can hurt it so hot weather as well. So try to avoid heat when you can, avoid certain foods unless you really wanna eat certain foods then only eat when you feel like having Hades fire stop your scalp, avoid blow-dryers and or any other typa hair curler, ironer, crimper, or etc but you can still use them if you dare but just fair warning try not to use too often for the sake of your scalp. That's all the help I can really offer you but as far as the legs go I guess you can try to find a medicated or soothing natural lotion with good ingredients for that. I have eczema on my ears which is different than my scalp but right next to it but I use and have used 3 different products and if one of them has helped my eczema problem then it could work for psoraris too perhaps as they are very similar skin issues. I've used three products Aveeno with oatmeal cerimides which apparently seems to be a recurring theme for eczema products I guess, maybe something in oatmeal is calming to the skin idrk but eh? The 2nd product was Eucerin also smells like oatmeal but works a tad better than Aveeno and is less greasy and thick and spreads a lil smoother, thinner and smells and feels less gross but either way they still all smell like oatmeal so here's hoping you'd on mind that smell 😅. The last and final product I currently use for my ears is the one I personally like the best at least for me I'm not sure if it work for you but it's called Dermoia and I got it online unlike the others it is very small tho but I feel it works the best because it not only has the colloidal oatmeal they all ate but also aloe vera, vitamin E, Shea butter, and manuka honey which is a very healing honey for lots of things plus this one is for more than just eczema but also psoraris and also shingles so it is for all 3. That's all I really can suggest but good luck with your skin and here's hoping you find the solution to at least ease it if not cure it since I'm still on that journey myself. Here's hoping we both find good products that can ease the burn. 😅🤗
I honestly think my scalp at its worst was worse than this...and I used to do the exact same thing with the fleas comb except I'd put coconut oil on my scalp for several hours before doing this. Over the counter steroids did nothing and even prescription steroid failed to improve my issues. Thank God for skyrizy
I have seborrheic dermatitis on my ears and I can't leave it, I always scratch it off. It doesn't bleed when I do it luckily, but it drives me nuts and itches if I let it build up, and it also feels nasty knowing there's something crusty on my skin.
@@Invincible-xf7bn I have been suffering from seboric dermatitis from 5 years itchy scalp dandruff and itchy ears from past one ear I have been using neem powder with curd and oil on my head if you can get tankad bhasmand suhaga add them in mixture you will get relief use the same twice a week
try diaper rash ointment I've used it with good results . Since dermatitis is a over production of yeast by your body and the paste treats yeast it'll almost dry it up completely overnight .
@@Invincible-xf7bnI have eczema on my ears which may be similar to this problem so I can suggest what I use it's not dermatitis but it's close I think. I use Dermoia manuka honey eczema cream it's supposed to be for eczema, psoraris, and shingles it has manuka honey, aloe vera, vitamin E, Shea butter, and colloidal oatmeal in it which is all very soothing ingredients, there's also 2 other products I used to use that didn't really work that well for me and I didn't really like them that much but they may work for you possibly they were Aveeno eczema cream and also Eucerin fair warning tho they all smell like gross sticky oatmeal but i guess oatmeal is soothing to the skin so idk it's like the only ingredient I find in any product for this condition so oatmeal will have to suffice I guess. 😅 Even if it's not directly for dermatitis it could still maybe work but idk only if you wanna give it a try, I mean what more could you lose by trying if it already hurts anyways? Anywho hope I maybe helped. 🤷🏽♀️🤗
Hi , maybe this might help you with psoriasis. 1. Never use soap facewash shampoo (use besan, muktani mitti, masoor dal, etc for body face and scalp. For scalp u can also use amla reetha shikakai. .. im personally doing this since 2 years) There are many homemade youtube videos gor body wash face wash and hair wash. Learn from them try using them. Soapnut powder just erases psoroisis from head from first use... I find it best! 2. Know what triggers u... Stay away from dairy completely (again know what triggers u internally) 3. Breakfast should be fruits... Anything u like oranges pomegranate etc. 4. Moisturizer should be coconut 🥥 oil for head and body...(if u have in face u can use coconut oil) .. or any chemical free face moisturizer. 4. Clean and loose cotton clothes (doctor strictly told me) 5. No medicine will clear psorisis..only your lufestyle can. Yeah medicine do help to get rid of it temporarily. 6. If u have psoriasis you are upsetting your immune system from food and products u use and skincare . 7. I can guarantee u if u do this for even 2 months u will find great results and if u do it ALWAYS ur psoriasis will vanish!
I've had scalp psoriasis and I just about died watching this video. Six months of miserable itching, finally had a dermatologist look at it, he knew what it was immediately, gave me a prescription steroid liquid to put on it and it was gone in less than 2 weeks. Wish I'd gotten it looked at sooner!!!
Honey do some research because that ain't "lice" that is scalp psoriasis and it is patchy dry flaky white pieces of excess skin that goes on your scalp or sometimes your other areas of your body but skin in general and it can be very itchy and also scab and bleed and crack and feels very dry and sometimes even burns if you have it in really bad cases like me for example and it can worsen and or flare up in certain weather conditions, hair products, blow-dryers and hot hair tools, hot water when washing, food diet, stress and just plain genetics sometimes if your lucky like myself 😅 but yeah certainly not lice which are two completely separate things. Psoriasis is flaky skin patches whereas lice are thousands of tiny gross lil bugs similar to bed bugs that grow on our beds or fleas that jump on our pets that can multiply and spawn thousands of eggs onto your scalp whilst living in your head of hair all nice and cozy like some sorta bed and breakfast and running around all over the place so that's the difference ones skin and the other is straight up "bugs" learn the difference dude. 🙈😅
After this I will never complain about my scalp ever again.

Yep, it's called Auspitz Sign. Worst part of it, like she says, is that it's just making things worse and opening that wound leaves it to be infected, besides.
It’s not painful it’s more so relieving to get out I have it and I pick on it from time to time without even realizing

The best thing I did to keep my psoriasis under control was get on oral meds (Otezla) and cut out dairy and grains from my diet
and also limit nightshade veggies and sugar.
Sunlight/vitamin D
Well said and I second this!!!❤

The pain of itching can make us do crazy things. Thankful mine isn’t on my scalp, and I hope she finds effective medical treatment ASAP
This is amazing because it's a great strategy and I personally hate people recommending steriods for chronic health conditions

Hi Dr. I used the steroid spray before and the psoriasis came back. Do I need to get prescription from my doctor again?
In the situation you can’t just leave all the dried skin and stuff in your hair, so I get why they use lice combs however I would use the plastic ones rather than the metal ones because the metal ones are sharp and can really tear an already sensitive, injured scalp up fast
Plastic ones scratch just as bad but also bend and won't pull the scales thru the hair just like it wouldn't get lice. It has to be able to take a lot of pressure. And plastic ones tend to break.
It’s kind of satisfying to me tbh😮
Same I don’t know why

Why was that disgustingly satisfying..
And that's literally enough internet for today. I'm sorry I can't look at that stuff

No, go to a dermatologist or to the hospital That is scary and looks very painful

when I saw blood my jaw dropped to the pacific ocean
You don’t have to let it get this bad, you can use medication to help heal it (calm it). But maybe this was for effect?

I saw blood
Its life lasting
It's mentally Very tough!! My heart goes out to you. Mine is creeping down into my face. I get alot of stuff delivered tgese days!!!!
In the beginning did she split her head open?
You can tell she really hurt herself by the way she pulled out the comb when going in at first she’s in pain I have eczema but I couldn’t imagine this
Imagine having both eczema AND scalp psoraris.
Jesus loves you my psoriasis people 🙏☦️😊
I have this and im so sad bc ive got it in my hair and on my legs and there is no way to get rid of it
Look into a biologic like Stelara or Enbrel
Actually use a shampoo called “SEBCUR” works literally like magic and also T-gel with coal tar works good also !!!!! ❤
My mom used to sterilize the wound with brandy 😢 like wtf
I’m so sorry you ever went through that

I honestly think my scalp at its worst was worse than this...and I used to do the exact same thing with the fleas comb except I'd put coconut oil on my scalp for several hours before doing this. Over the counter steroids did nothing and even prescription steroid failed to improve my issues. Thank God for skyrizy
I have seborrheic dermatitis on my ears and I can't leave it, I always scratch it off. It doesn't bleed when I do it luckily, but it drives me nuts and itches if I let it build up, and it also feels nasty knowing there's something crusty on my skin.
I have the exact same condition😢
What medications are you taking?
@@Invincible-xf7bn I don't have any, I just use this regular over the counter psoriasis lotion
So what medication mam ?
new fear unlocked: scalp psoriasis
Man don't say it out like that
It's the reality of me 😢

Yup! Mine is result of new Trauma, too.😅😅😢
It looks so nice

Hi , maybe this might help you with psoriasis.
1. Never use soap facewash shampoo (use besan, muktani mitti, masoor dal, etc for body face and scalp. For scalp u can also use amla reetha shikakai. .. im personally doing this since 2 years)
There are many homemade youtube videos gor body wash face wash and hair wash. Learn from them try using them.
Soapnut powder just erases psoroisis from head from first use... I find it best!
2. Know what triggers u... Stay away from dairy completely (again know what triggers u internally)
3. Breakfast should be fruits... Anything u like oranges pomegranate etc.
4. Moisturizer should be coconut 🥥 oil for head and body...(if u have in face u can use coconut oil) .. or any chemical free face moisturizer.
4. Clean and loose cotton clothes (doctor strictly told me)
I used to have it on my entire body when i was little, i remember doin sumn similar...id get out of the shower and would be almost completely red

Who is the girl scratching her head I want to watch her video 😢
Me too
Am I the only one who loves this?
Looks painful.
It can be VERY painful. Mentlly to. I just shaved my head almost a year ago. That's better!! Luckily wigs are in style!!
The itching gets me worse!!
Is her scalp bleeding? I’m sorry my eyes are a bit bad I can’t tell but it 100% looks like it after she puts it in her hair
How do we treat this kind of psoriasis?

Are you dying!?😂
Wait, no stop because why do I want to see the scalp after she did that and that low-key looks so satisfying
Hmmm... It looked like a wig was lifting with comb but she caught it

When I Watch this I keep see-ing Blood😭😨
Girl,why so many lice?
That ain't lice it was the scalp
It's not live it's scalp flakes
Where will I find the full video 😭
