Speaker Bio: Miss PEN Sreypich is a conservation compliance and grievance officer based in Keo Seima wildlife sanctuary, Cambodia. She has been in this position since the end of 2021 with WCS and mainly responsible for REDD+ benefit sharing.
Speaker Bio: Simon Mwangi is the regional social safeguard coordinator for East Africa, Madagascar, and Western Indian Ocean Region. He has over ten years of experience in social and environmental safeguarding. Before joining WCS, he worked as a social environmentalist in Kenya, working on infrastructure projects before joining renewable energy with an interest in Eastern and Southern Africa, specializing in Stakeholder management, grievance redress management, Environmental and Social due diligence, impact assessment, land acquisition, and general safeguarding.
