Thank you so much. Lovely birds. Have to mention the little b/w TV. 12 volt do. Or 8 C sized batteries, from memory. I had one! LOL. 😊. Greetings from Dimboola, in Victoria, Australia.

Always welcome, Nancy! I had a 12 volt black and white tv when I was a kid, it had a red plastic case around it. I used to complain that I wanted a colour TV, but dad always told me it was colour - it was red! 😁

Such silly and fascinating birds. Always a fun thing to happen upon on a bush walk. I miss it as we don't have them up here; just lots brush turkeys rule the ground.

They really are. It's amazing how they've evolved to collect pretty things to attract a mate -- it's funny to think that a long time ago there must have been the first male bower bird to do it, and the first female bower bird to fall for it!

Cool vid mate , I love birds even ones without breasts🤣, we have Satin and Regent bowerbirds here on the Central coast Nsw and see the spotted when mining at Grawin, the bird life in Grawin is amazing, the mine owner has a feeder and it's impressive how quick they turn up after you've been away, my favourites are the Major Mitchel's👍

Thanks so much! Definitely some widely diverse birdlife on the opal fields. Major Mitchells are incredibly majestic birds. You'll sometimes see black cockatoos (usually yellow tailed) near the opal fields, too. Rare, but spectacular!
