1:11 that's how much "blood" you have. If denji (chainsaw man) doesn't have enough blood then the transformation won't work or will be incomplete, since the majority of the armors in this hero pack have some kind of limit/timer, it's pretty fitting for the creator to add Chainsaw man.
Edit: I'm thinking of "Packswiththings" when it comes to armors with a timer. Despite my brain fart, hope the little bit explanation helps you understand a bit.
