- The two Caripro Batflyer coasters in the USA, Scooby's Ghoster Coaster at Kings Island and Spellbreaker at Legoland California were scrapped years ago, but there are still four operating - this one, Clone Zone at the Milky Way Adventure Park in England and two called Batflyer in Japan. Did you know that another was built at Duinrell in the Netherlands, but never opened because the cars did not having enough speed to return to the station? After nearly five years of SBNO (standing but not operating) it was torn down and sold to a junk year.
Plopsaland De Panne is located in Adinkerke-De Panne, Belgium.

I know it's not the same, but this reminds me of the Pterodactyl ride at Universal's Islands of Adventure in Florida.
The ghoster coaster was me and my moms favorite when when it was in Kings Island. We would always ride it when everyone else in my family rode rides that I couldn't ride yet

as a kid i had to wait more then an hour for this. But the joy you get is astonishing

Lowest capacity i have seem , very short , there are so muth technical issuess .
Iam happy that its not more in the park .
Somtimes you must be wait 45 min to ride this thing .
Is it just me or does this ride seem completely pointless and extremely short. I am sure it would have been much more exciting if it were at least 2 mins long.
It mostly appears to just be a kiddy/family ride considering the amount young kids that appear to be in the queue. I'm guessing the vertical lift gives it a bit more of a thrill to the young ones.
You need to understand the nature/theme of the park. It was before called Meli Park, a family park with a theme around honey (Meli is a Belgian brand of honey) and later on, when they were in financial troubles a TV-Studio, Studio 100, specialized in kids tv-shows bought it and build the parc around different well running television shows. It's more a good running parc for families with kids.
The sad thing is this looks better than Scooby's Ghoster Coaster.

Pretty much. Universal Studios hired SpectraF/X to design and build the Pteranodon Flyers coaster at Islands of Adventure, but didn't know that SpectraF/X was secretly working with Caripro on the project. So when SpectraF/X went bankrupt during the construction of Pteranodon Flyers, Universal hired Setpoint instead of Caripro to finish the job.

glad it got taken down, lots of children hurt themself in the end. some of them flew out of the seat.
