HOW TO PAINT A GRIMDARK SHIRE HOBBIT MILITIA Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game - Games Workshop 1/x

This video starts my personal build of a 500 pt (and maybe more!) Shire Army for the Middle Earth Strategy Battle game, which will include terrain scratch builds.
First up is a Shire Hobbit Militia, one of four molds to paint. I'm going for a "Grimdark" look to my army, usually reserved for Grim darkness of Warhammer 40k universe and what one may not think about Shire. However, consider the Scouring of the Shire and the effects of Sharkey and his hellbent will to industrialize it! Grim and Dark indeed!
This is my first real attempt at a walkthrough paint video, and I am by all accounts a amateur model painter. Comments and suggestions are welcomed so please comment!
