The concept of a requested nose is not always good. Every face is different and the proportions are different so what looks good on one face may suit another or work as well. It's like going to the hairdresser and requesting a haircut because it looks good on the model when you have a different face shape.
That's the reality though, body shapes, body and facial features, clothes, accessories, etc. all go through phases of what's "in" or not. People modify their bodies based on what's trendy at the time, but eventually some new preferred style or look will become more favored

Not sure what patients you're seeing, but Los Angeles is a big city with thousands of plastic surgery patients so I don't think a generalization is fair. Send me what you're looking at!
I blame the style of the 90s early 2000s , the “trashy”blow up doll look was in. I remember seeing Vicky on Real housewives and thinking her nose was way overdone. The women on those shows have had countless procedures and a lot of them weren’t the best when they first got it done .
kim is truly so beautiful and her nose jobs, final nose job really did wonders for her face. i do wish she didn't do her cheeks as they were so pretty before (pre bulging)

Apparently we are living in a world where supposedly we are exposed to and much more open to varied face and body types than previous generations. Watching these fascinating, depressing, scary videos would seem that the modern definition of " Beauty" is still as narrowly defined as ever. The wish lists of faces taken to surgeons by thier patients would,almost certainly, be very, very similar to each other. So, is the modern world is much more open to all types of beauty in theory only? An asthetic correctness for public display? But when it comes down to it there is a tiny, narrow zone of "Beauty" that people want to be inside?
everyone in my family has a nice nose but since i fell on my nose on the playground from 2 feet iand i broke it it looks.. weird 😅. in my contry they said that they can fix the septum for free but only when i turn 18 yo but i guess i was bamboozled or somethung because the state only allows free rhinoplasty for kids under 18 so yeah but maybe it's better this way because i might've been botched 😅

i dont think ariana had a nose job tbh. i think she jsut flared her nostrils back in 2014/2015 and then stopped doing that. cause from the side her nose looks exactly the same. i think she just grew into it. you can look at @ariana.comparisons on instagram and it looks the same

i dont think ariana had a nose job tbh. i think she jsut flared her nostrils back in 2014/2015 and then stopped doing that. cause from the side her nose looks exactly the same. i think she just grew into it. you can look at @ariana.comparisons on instagram and it looks the same

You’re the real surgeon, from where I’m standing, it just looks like you are desperately trying to increase your views by copying Lorry.
