1:02 LOL :D you HAD to go over the fallen birch, couldn't go around it?
No paths in those parts!
Fairy-tale land. And Little My travels with you:)
Ha! Well spotted 😄 Little My is our guide...
Beautiful! My dreamland. Thanks for shareing!
Thank you! Glad you like it!
Mukava tunnelma.
Kiitos!
Amazing looking wilderness 😍 subscribed look forward to the next one. what were the little orange berries you ate?
Thank you! 🙏🏻 They were cloudberries! You find lots of them growing in the swamps of northern Finland.
@@ElielHerleviPhotography thanks are they bitter or sweet?
Very sweet 😄
Beautiful videos. Thank you for the inspiration. Where are you guys from?
Thank you! Glad you like it :) We're Finns based in the UK, hence the choice of these two countries for the videos.
@@ElielHerleviPhotography ah ok, it’s hard to tell when there’s no talking. I like silent videos though when they are shot so well. I’m in the UK too, so no adventures for a while 😕. Let’s hope we can all get outdoors soon. Scotland was on my mind, now Finland is too 😊. Keep up the great content.
Thanks! I sure will. And yeah, no adventures until spring for sure but I do have another Scotland trip planned for June which I will film of course. Let's hope for the best!
Responsible hiker/camper here, first of, what's the location? yes, I know it's Finland but, where do I start this hike & where does it end? Secondly, did you encounter any bears? if yes, what do you do? Thank you.
Hi! The place is called Hammastunturi Wilderness Area, directly south from the town of Inari. There is no clear trail with a start and an end, and we didn't really stick to paths and just walked the wilderness instead. No bears, at least we didn't spot any. It's very rare to see them in Finland as they usually avoid people. Normally people just make sure they make enough noise while walking so that the bears can hear you before any encounters up close, so it's not as serious as grizzlies up in Canada or Alaska.
@@ElielHerleviPhotography That's great! now, where do you advice I park my car in Inari without getting it vanderlize as I'll be coming from Poland, and what are the average prices per night to park a car?
I'm afraid your guess is as good as mine 😅
