- MyT telescope mount fixed. Great customer service from software bisque. Fast to help me identify the problem, confirm through a test procedure they helped me understand. agreed that the part needed replacing and had a spare to me in 3 days. 5 days later first clear sky confirmed that the new part was not only in spec but darn near perfect! unguided imagining with 30 second subs and perfect stars.
Did it fix it ?
Yes indeed. They helped me get it straight and I’ve been able to image unguided with a hyperstar for 6 minute subs and still get round stars.
